When we moved into our new home in Lenah Mills, we wanted to take an unused portion of our basement and turn it into a joint Art Studio and Workout Space. Upon a recommendation, we were pointed to Brandon and the George Asher Custom Homes team. The team exceeded our expectations in every aspect, turning our space into a harmonious joint art studio and workout haven. The professionalism and dedication displayed by the whole team were truly impressive, from the initial consultation to the final finishing touches. Throughout the project, the communication was seamless. They kept us informed at every stage, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring we were involved in the decision-making processes. This transparent and collaborative approach fostered a sense of trust and confidence, making the entire remodeling experience stress-free. In addition to our new joint studio space, I also wanted to install barn doors in my home office. The original team hired to install them did not know how to get it done because there was a large steel beam behind the drywall where they needed to drill. We asked Brandon to help, and he took time to understand the problem and, after some detailed research, came back with a solution. It’s been over two years, and the doors still work perfectly and look beautiful. It was a great experience working with Brand and the whole George Asher team. My husband and I plan on working with them on future projects in our home. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend George Asher Custom Homes. We had a great experience working with Brandon, as he helped us design and plan a project on the exterior of our home. Brandon was very knowledgable and great to work with throughout the process. From start to finish the crew worked consistently and did a great job on the project and made sure the quality of work was very high and never cut any corners....even when they hit a few unforeseen obstacles. I had interviewed several contractors for the project and felt that the proposal presented by George Asher was very detailed and easy to understand, as well as extremely fair for the quality of work they delivered. We worked with Brandon from George Asher Homes to tear out a small deck and gazebo and build a screened porch (w/ TV) , deck, patio and fire pit. Every step of the way Brandon worked with us and the end result was exactly what we wanted and more. Brandon worked with us to lay out a design that would give us options and space we hadn't thought about and worked with us on different options to add additional options and scale back on others. After worked started we decided to enclose the bottom of the porch. Brandon was upfront and clear about charges and got it done. He was always available via phone, email and text. The whole team was professional and top notch. Brandon helped with decisions and gave us advice that made the project such a great experience. A few challenges popped up along the way, but Brandon and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and above expectations. My Dad, who spent many years building decks, patios and doing stone work, was highly impressed with the quality of work by George Asher Homes. I've recommended them numerous times since they finished our project.

“Outstanding” cannot even begin to describe our experience with Brandon and George Asher Custom Homes (GACH). In every aspect of our project from pre-construction meetings to ensuring a perfect finish at the end, Brandon and GACH went above and beyond all of our expectations to ensure we had a perfect home. We worked with Brandon to remodel a large portion of our condo (kitchen, living room, and bedroom). The project involved modernizing the floorplan for a 50-year old place and required taking everything down to bare studs and concrete floors. Because it was such an old place and because of how interconnected the condos in this building are, there were a lot of unique challenges – some we knew about ahead of time, and others that were completely unexpected. However working with GACH, these challenges never became real problems. Brandon and his team were able to quickly resolve some of these issues. In more difficult cases, he worked closely with us suggesting possibilities and helping us decide the optimal approach. We lived in our place during the remodel – something that GACH made possible by keeping an incredibly clean and tidy worksite. That also meant that we were able to think about details of the design in the middle of construction. We made numerous suggestions to Brandon throughout the project and he patiently considered all of them. He implemented most of our ideas. For others, he suggested alternatives that would work even better for our unique space. His expertise, and that of his staff and the subcontractors he used, was phenomenal. Every single person that came into our home was respectful, courteous and professional. And it was a real joy to see the craftsmanship and care that these folks put into our home at each stage of the project. Every step of the way, we felt like we were in good hands with Brandon and GACH. And he never let us down. We love the condo he constructed for us and are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone, and we look forward to working with him again when remodeling the rest of our home.
