We do not have one bad thing to say about Brian and his crew. Honestly, we rave about them to anyone and everyone looking for a contractor. Let that sink in. We might be the only people in the world, aside from Brian's other clients, that not only don't complain about our contractors, but we also cannot speak highly enough about them! We remodeled our master and hall bathrooms and redid our bedroom configuration to include a walk-in closet. Brian and his team were with us throughout the entire process. They were wonderful and communication was speedy/fantastic. They were super patient with me and provided insight when I needed an expert opinion. We can't ask for a better end product. We have a toddler and they were very respectful of nap times/any COVID precautions we asked for. They take pride in their work and want to ensure your happiness in the end. We couldn't be happier! They simplified everything and made a complicated, stressful process easy and fun. We love our remodel! I highly recommend Wolk Development to anyone and everyone!

I used Wolk Development for leaking shower tray. I had ruined our kitchen ceiling, the master had to be completely ripped out and redone. We also decided to have the other 2 bathrooms refurbed at the same time, it ended up being a very large job. Excellent team, really responsive, did a great job in a timely manner and followed up in full with any minor issues we had. Highly recommended

We highly recommend Brian and his team at Wolk Development Company - they are incredibly professional, show up when they say they will show up, keep to their promised schedules and budgets, offer creative solutions, and do beautiful work! Our job involved demoing and rebuilding decks (including roof decks on top of living space) on the backside of our very vertical house. They stripped the decks down to the studs, repaired lots of dry rot, rebuilt the slope, installed new water proofing membranes, and built floating composite decks and a cable railing system. We had some funky design details we wanted to eliminate and Brian came up with creative ways to re-build the decks with a simple and clean finish. In addition, Brian's team performed the majority of their work while we were away over the summer and we trusted his crew implicitly in our home. Brian was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and sent us details progress check-in and pictures at the end of each day to keep us in the loop while we were away. Once we returned, they were conscientious of our need to return to work in the home and thoughtful about ensuring they wore proper facemasks and protected our family. We will definitely call Brian for all our future construction needs!

Wolk Development Co. just recently finished a remodel on our home. They expanded our kitchen and added a master bathroom. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Brian and his crew did a kitchen remodel for us this past summer, and I could not have been happier with them from start to finish. I had been "ghosted" by two contractors for this job, one of whom stopped returning my emails after giving me a quote and the other of whom kept postponing the start date until he, too, eventually stopped returning my calls. Brian was everything the first two contractors were not. He was professional, responsive, straightforward, and honest. The price he quoted me was fair, and he stuck to it; no surprises. The work was done on time, and his crew were neat and respectful of our privacy as they worked. The work itself is absolutely excellent, from the cabinets to the countertops to the paint. We love our new kitchen, and were so happy with Brian that we immediately hired him to replace some rotten trim on the exterior of our house, a project that is ongoing. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We hired Brian and Wolk Development Company to help update our new home with refinished flooring, complete interior paint job, and other smaller fixes throughout like replacing a door - and we were thrilled with the results. They did a fantastic job with an incredible attention to detail. The whole project was finished a week *ahead* of schedule and on budget. Brian and his team were trustworthy, thoughtful, and always kept us up to date. We would absolutely hire WDC again, and plan to later this year when we remodel our master bathroom.

Brian Wolk and his team renovated our kitchen, half bath, hall, and guest room and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Our home feels transformed. I received a few other quotes from other contractors, and while his came in on the higher competitive side, he was the only one who seemed like he wanted the gig. He was quick to get back to us with an estimate and a projected start and finish date. His team worked quickly, were courteous, clean, and attentive. They started and completed the project within the projected range and just in time for Thanksgiving. Brian is personable and very easy to get along with, as was his crew. We will be hiring him again in the near future for the next stage in our home renovation.

My wife and I were very fortunate to find Brian during what could have been a difficult process sourcing a contractor. Our house suffered damage due to someone driving their car into our garage. Luckily Brian was finishing up a kitchen remodel across the street and was available to help us navigate this extensive repair. He and his team were terrific to work with, always on time, sourced other vendors when necessary and most importantly the quality of the work was excellent. We’ve used them on a other internal project to help us recover from a leaky pipe in the ceiling. Same experience both times. If you’ve been frustrated dealing with contractors I highly recommend giving Brian and Wolk Development Co. a call.

We took a long and lengthy process to design and find the right contractor to do our kitchen and living space remodel. We interviewed four different contractors before deciding to select Brian Wolk and his team. He was referred to us from a long time friend and we felt he would be the best fit for our project. We had a 25 year old kitchen that was falling apart and was seriously out of date. We had just spent a couple of years working out the design and this was going to be the last time we remodel our living and kitchen space so we wanted to not only it to look timeless but last. Brian and his team were very responsive and polite. They all seemed to enjoy their work and worked well as a team. They all obviously have know each other for years. The best compliment you can give a contractor is to let them know they came in on tome and on budget. Wolk Development Company did just that. We tried to not add any extras but as with any older house remodel things come up. These changes were handled with ease and understanding. We highly recommend Brian Wolk and will be using him and his team in the future.

Brian Wolk did a bathroom remodel that turned out exactly as I had hoped for. I was demanding with my goals, and he met every one of them. It was a small bathroom, which was even more challenging than a larger space. Even though the job entailed more work than anticipated (upstairs plumbing needed moving to accommodate the raised ceiling of the downstairs bathroom), Brain stayed with the quoted fee and within the projected time. Amazing! He was a pleasure to work with because he answered every question (I had many), and resolved every concern. His team was always on time, was always respectful, had an amazing skill set, and cleaned up the work area well each day. I can highly recommend Brian Wolk with a full five stars & would certainly have him back to do any further work I may need at our home.

Brian and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. When I tell my friends that they completed our massive project on time and on budget all I hear is “that never happens.” They are even more floored when I tell them that he has sent someone to fix or adjust everything that we have asked for since the end of construction, usually within a week or less. Brian had many creative design ideas and has a great eye for detail and quality.
