My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I needed to decorate a recent home purchase in Philadelphia. It is a row home and the layout is what it is. Kim made the space look very sharp. It comfortable, modern and looks great. I needed the living/ dining room and one bedroom decorated. I highly recommend Kim.

Kim from Brick + Beam is a delight to work with. She is energetic, creative and full of good ideas and inspiration. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. She decorated two apartments for me and did a wonderful job staying within my budget and giving me options that were in line with my taste and design aesthetic. I cannot recommend Brick + Beam highly enough!

Kim helped me plan the design, decor, furnishings and materials for a room I remodeled into a sort of man cave. She was extremely helpful, on time with her deliverables, and great at bringing her expertise to my overall wishes for the room. She is a pleasure to work with. This was her second job for us and we recommend her very highly.

Kimberly of Brick and Beam Studio was wonderful to work with! She really listens and does a great deal of background work to understand your vision, your budget, and what you need for your lifestyle. She's flexible and willing to work with you the whole way through. I really believe she went above and beyond for us (we were rather indecisive!) I'll never work with any other designer and we plan to hire Kimberly again when it's time to update our second floor. I highly recommend Brick and Beam Studio - you won't be disappointed!
