Because I had such an incredible experience with Brooke Eversoll and her team at Bee studios (2 separate whole home remodels and a full bath), I knew I had to get her on board for a full custom home build. Brooke has always listened to our points of view, even when my husband and I had different ideas, and was able to marry the two without sacrificing quality or style. We have never been shy about using color and texture, and we knew we did not want a boring, cookie cutter house. From start to finish she was part of the design and conceptualization, helping us select a builder and taking us to providers to select materials, lighting, appliances, etc. My favorite thing about working with Brooke and Bee Studios is that because they listen, I don't have to be overwhelmed with design choices. Brooke always brings her A-game to the table, and so many times, when she presented us with her vision, we were able to say YES immediately...without having to get bogged down in a million choices. We have absolute trust in Brooke, so much that there were times we simply told her to make a selection for us, and we are glad we did. As a result, we now have a home that has been featured in publications and continues to astonish with its beauty, sophistication, and character.

Brooke and her team at Bee Studios gave us everything we wanted in our home remodel. We originally had our architect draw up the design and it was good, but it was missing things that we couldn’t pinpoint. Once we got Bee Studios involved, everything came together so smoothly. I used Brooke Eversoll of Bee Design in St Petersburg, Florida for the remodel of my home. My daughter had used Brooke and highly recommended her. Brooke and Emma her coworker are excellent creators… excellent about their choices and use of space. They turned my dated home into a 2023 masterpiece and I am pleased with everything they did. I went from a 4 bedroom two bath home with a horrid galley kitchen to a fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath and a fabulous office under her design. My kitchen is fabulous, a real dream to work in and it has a lovely bar made of Wenge wood that allows guests to keep me company when I cook in my kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about Brooke and Emma. They are easy to work with and they listen to their clients! No regrets here!

Brooke is an excellent designer, project leader, and partner. Everything from her designs to the execution was best-in-class. While there were several changes and challenges to our nearly year-long project, Brooke handled every single one head-on with poise and professionalism. When I purchased my 1940s-era bungalow, I knew the kitchen had to be re-done, but I could not figure out how to turn the space into something functional and beautiful, while staying true to the home's character. An acquaintance of mine with a great sense of style told me about Bee Design. I was so glad she did. Brooke and her team had real vision and skill. From the layout to the lighting to the finishes, their expertise and artistry turned a dark, awkward space into a serenely stunning work of art. Everyone who steps into the kitchen (really, even the locksmith) says, "Wow, this is a fantastic kitchen. Your designer did an amazing job." Brooke and team also designed an addition to my home that included a laundry, bathroom, and bedroom. Their choice of materials and arrangement was perfect. I feel like I'm living in a magazine spread. The team at Bee Design was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I'm so lucky I found them.

We count ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to work with Brooke & the entire team at Bee Studios Design. The way Brooke can take an existing space and turn it into a dream space filled with the highest quality materials while delivering on functionality at the same time is one of the talents I admire most. Bee Studios takes the needs of the client to heart to create bespoke details specific to their clients and lifestyle. I am often as excited as the clients are on REVEAL days when I see all the finishes we get to work intimately with while bringing the project to life. Their entire team works tirelessly to nail the design details for their clients and also work hand in hand with us throughout the project to make sure we fully realize the design intent. It is so enjoyable for us to work side by side with a design team that understands construction and provides the details necessary to deliver a project that everyone can be proud of. We have completed many projects together over the years and I look forward to building many more together in the future.

This was my second time working with Brooke and her team at Bee Studios! This time, Brooke and team did an amazing job decorating and furnishing multiple rooms in my home, including my living room, dining room, kitchen, mud room, office, and bedroom. She captured my vision even when I didn't even know what my vision was -- "casual elegance." I wanted my home to be decorated tastefully and stylishly but I still wanted it to feel comfortable and accommodating for my family! Brooke was able to (over)deliver. We worked together during a challenging time when there were many delays due to the pandemic, and not only was it worth the wait, but Brooke and her team handled it very professionally and were very consistent with updates and offers to switch things out that were taking too long. Brooke has such a great eye for design and incorporated some really wonderful elements that took the design to the next level. I highly recommend Brooke and will definitely work with her again in the future.

Steer clear! In short, $150k later and an incomplete kitchen and no care or follow up to ensure that it is right. Brooke has a general, “not my problem” attitude and does not focus on making sure the job is finished. Over 7 months later and our kitchen is still incomplete and Brooke could care less. They got their money so they are onto the next customer they can disappoint. A good design company would see the project through, as they are paid to do, and make sure you are 100% satisfied. I wish were were picky or annoying but instead we are just busy people that paid a design company to handle the job and take care of business. Instead my wife now is having to spend hours dealing directly with subcontractors and suppliers because Brooke for her payment and has moved on. There are many other professional and luxury design companies that are much better suited for this type a work than Bee Studios. Heck..they can’t even come get their rusting sign that been on my lawn for 6 months. Stay clear!!! You can do much much better.

I caution you to think twice about contracting with Brooke. We did that months ago (she charges a $5000 non-refundable fee just to reserve a time on her calendar) and then she didn't seem to have the time to dedicate to our project when the time we had reserved came. All the deadlines she had laid out kept slipping and slipping and her staff was leaving her. We finally terminated the contract to start over with someone else, and she doesn't want to return the multiple deposits we paid, including a $15,000 deposit for any materials purchased "in excess of $150,000." We didn't order any materials at all and yet she says she should keep that money because she worked at selecting materials. You be the judge but I warn you that we had a very bad experience!
