About Us

Quality Building and Renovations LLC is a home remodeling company located in the St. Louis/ St. Charles area of Missouri. The company specializes in kitchen remodeling, basement finishing as well as many other types of residential construction. We can provide you with a unique look for your kitchen whether we use custom cabinets we have available to us or stock cabinets from a local retailer. When we finish your basement it will be relatively a stress free procedure. We will provide all the tradesmen to complete the project including : plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and flooring. In addition to these specialties, we also can handle many other types of residential including hard surface flooring, expert repairs for water or termite damage, molding installation, bookcases, etc.. We also offer quality work on outdoor projects as well. We look forward to working with you and helping you create your dream home!

Bruce and his team recently repaired our deck. The finished product exhibits exceptional craftsmanship. We were very pleased with the team’s attention to detail. From proposal to completion, Bruce communicated well with us on project plans, schedule, status, and any questions related to the repairs. The team was friendly and respectful. They took time to clean up the outdoor work area each day. Everything was completed as planned. We could not be happier with Bruce’s team and our refreshed deck.

We hired Bruce and his team to rework our bathroom and kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. The quality of work and materials is excellent and the entire process was very detailed oriented. The changes were not rushed, but very meticulous and thoughtful. Bruce always confirmed on grey areas and had a constant line of communication open. Because we had both kitchen and bath being done, Bruce and team had access to the house for multiple weeks and they treated the house extremely well, kept dust to minimum and very respectful. The footprint caused by the changes was kept as small as possible. The project remained on schedule, overlapping the work on the two rooms to avoid unnecessary down time. Bruce and team are highly recommended.
