We spent a year working through a living room re-model. During our research phase, Mark was happy to stop over and offer his thoughts/suggestions on any aspect of our design (yes, this was helped by the fact that he lived nearby). His industry experience and previous work on homes--almost all much more grandiose than ours--was invaluable in guiding us towards a final design. Once the work started, Mark managed the project seamlessly, efficiently, and with an astonishing amount of detail. There was someone working in the house EVERY DAY during our 3-month project, and his subs were both professional and courteous. The workmanship was excellent throughout, and Mark did much of the framing/base work himself. The result was a living room that was so well integrated into into the existing open floor plan that visitors simply can't tell where our project left off and original 30 year-old elements remained. Mark is not the lowest-cost game in town. But since our project transformed every square inch of the space, Mark provided maximum value by 1) advising how to make the most of where we spent our money (i.e., not on frivolous or irrelevant items), 2) assuring that each of those square inches was done to perfection. It goes without saying that we recommend Mark highly.

Mark R. Eggen Constuction Inc. has built many of my high end custom homes and exceeded my expectations every time. His level of expertise and execution of the detailed work demanded by my designs never ceases to amaze me. What I particularly appreciate from Mark is how he spends a significant amount of time planning the whole process to ensure that the project will go as smoothly as humanly possible which ends up saving the homeowners both time and money besides achieving the grand results we all hope for. I could not more highly recommend a general contractor to build someone's custom home or custom remodel.
