We contracted Archambault to build us an addition to our home consisting of a laundry room, a powder room (1/2 bathroom), two large closets (his and hers), a master bathroom and a master bedroom. We could not have picked a better company to build our dream addition. They managed the whole building process from excavation to completion flawlessly. The communication between us and Archambault was impeccable, not one "stone" was left unturned. The workmanship was/is without peer. Our every question and desire was met with excellent results. They Archambault team delivered to us everything we desired without question. We had an amazing experience throughout our entire project all because of Archambault construction. From inception to even beyond the finished product their customer service, attention to detail, ability to really listen to the customer and put their wishes first surpassed our expectations. This was our family's first experience with a project of this kind and Archambault were on hand to counsel, explain and walk us through every aspect of the work. Their timeline was exceptional, if something was delayed for any reason then the time was made up elsewhere. As new parents with a 10 week old baby along with a construction-crazy toddler, they made the process as gentle as they could; even offering our toddler a chance to look at tools and check out their large machinery. We hired Archambault Construction to do a total re-modeling of our condominium unit. Before we hired them, we spoke with many people and received strong recommendations about their work. Those recommendations were 100% correct: Archambault did very high-quality work, and were on time and on budget - a rarity in today's world. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. In addition, all the people at Archambault - particularly Dave Payne, our project manager - were great to work with: knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly. Words can't do justice regarding the satisfaction and gratitude that our family has felt for the entire Archambault team since moving back into our "new" top-to-bottom full-gut renovation. Our project consisted of a full layout renovation to a 1950's ranch that had seen better times, addition of a "connector" onto the existing house into a vaulted addition, full spray foam insulation top-to-bottom, installation of high-performance architectural windows and siding/rain screens/wrap, removal of our chimney and all systems as we converted to all-electric with solar panels and full-house battery back-up, and once done, simply top-notch finish work to totally remake the house. Archambault are pros and their entire network of sub-contractors that they utilize (framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, finish work, the list goes on and on) can't be touched. For the entirety of our planning process with Archambault and our architect through to the actual 6-month project onsite, the Archambault team was consistently professional, competent, flexible, great at hearing what we hoped to achieve aesthetically and systemically, and most incredibly, on schedule and a joy to work with every day. You simply can't ask for more from a home contractor. We'd make the decision to work with Archambault again in a heartbeat - our lives truly haven't been the same since we moved back into a house that we're going to live in (and be extremely comfortable in) for a long, long time. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know them and to be able to work with them.

Archambault recently renovated the second story of my home (asbestos removal, internal framing, hard wood install, drywall, trim, paint, etc) and did a great job. Jimmy was the lead and always communicated with us clearly and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns (though there weren't many concerns). We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the speed with which the project was completed. Archambault sent us weekly updates on the current budget usage to let us know everything was still on track. Overall we would recommend Archambault and would use them again.

My renovation could not have gone smoother. Crew is professional and quality delivered was top notch. Any kind of touch up was addressed quickly which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I am so happy to have discovered and chosen Archambault Construction to do my in-law remodel. The whole process was a positive experience and there are only positive things to say about their work. Archambault Construction is truly a team of very qualified, friendly people with high integrity. Paramount to me was being informed and kept in the loop of what was happening which my project manager, David, did so well with calls and texts on a daily basis to update and inform me. The subcontractors were knowledgeable and went out of their way to exceed expectations. Mia in the office was very responsive and helpful at all times. Everyone helped to problem solve and help with decisions if for some reason something had to go in a different direction. I could always rely on them to listen to what I wanted and provide me with their thoughts on the pros and cons of something or offer better solutions than I was aware of. Everyone could not have been nicer, all looks/works great, and the project finished on the exact day they said it would!

Highly recommend Archambault Construction !!! We did a kitchen and office renovation. Our experience was great - the team is very professional and the quality of work is terrific.

This fall we decided to retrofit our kitchen with a Wolf range, and it required cutting an existing granite countertop, cosmetic carpentry, adding electrical capacity, installing new wood flooring underneath, and adding HVAC capacity for the new, more powerful hood. We were afraid this wouldn't be a large enough project for a general contractor, but Archambault was very gracious in taking it on for us anyway. It involved small jobs by 5 different subcontractors, plus carpentry and project management by the general contractor. They provided a phenomenal experience throughout, from their professional office management staff (Mia) to their knowledgeable and organized project manager (Jimmy). I was extremely impressed with their transparent pricing. In the end, the project finished ahead of schedule and under budge (by a lot). If you're looking for a highly professional, low-stress experience, Archambault Construction is an excellent option. We look forward to working with again on all our future projects.

Such a nice group of people! The entire Archambault team is professional, kind, and friendly. The satisfaction of their customers is paramount. I also really liked their subcontractors on this job. This is the third project that they have worked on for us, and I would certainly call on them again.

I have constructed and or renovated over ten homes with many different contractors. Of all those contractors, Archambault Construction was far in away the best. To begin with, they are completely upfront and transparent. When they gave me their estimate in June of 2021, they told me they could not begin work until December 1. I was more concerned with the completion date and said I needed all work done by April 15, 2022. They began on December 1, as they said, and the project was finished before April 15. It was also finished on budget. I was out of town during all of the construction and the project manager, Dave Payne, was in regular communication with me, providing me regular updates and photos. When there was a question or decision to be made, he call me immediately and help me work through my options. Finally, and most importantly, the quality of the workmanship was absolutely outstanding. The only way to convey Archambault attention to detail and workmanship is report that after being in residence for eight months, I have had not one punch list item.

Archambault Construction recently completed an extensive (and complicated) renovation/addition to our 30 year old house. We occupied the house throughout the entire 10 month construction period - Archambault made every effort to minimize the impact on our daily lives and keep the house clean. The workmanship by Archambault and their subcontractors was excellent. Everyone who worked on the project (including the subs) was friendly, helpful and very skillful. Throughout the process, Archambault communicated daily with the subs, the designers and us to ensure that the construction went smoothly. They were sensitive to our budget and kept us well informed about costs at every step of the way, In spite of the pandemic and supply chain issues, the project continuously moved forward from day one without any pause in the work. . The crew was very organized - scheduling of the work and procurement of materials went smoothy throughout the construction. There were no delays due to difficult or unforeseen issues - a "can do" attitude prevailed throughout the project. My wife and I are both in the construction/construction related business - quite simply, Archambault is the best. We highly recommend them for residential projects of any size or complexity.

I could not have asked for a better experience ! I was provided with a detailed schedule that told me what would happen every day of the construction process and the completion date was only off by a couple of days due to a supply chain issue. Any questions or concerns I had during the process were answered and addressed immediately. Every person on site was professional, friendly and helpful. The quality of the work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Archambault to anyone considering a project.

Last winter I had all of the floors in my condo replaced. I was fortunate enough to be working with the team from Archambault Construction. Unlike almost any contractor I have known, Archambault delivers what they promise! The work was done on time and slightly below the quoted budget. Every meeting was on time and there were no excuses. In order to have my floors replaced, the furniture had to be moved out and then returned to the exact location from which it was removed. This was orchestrated perfectly while I was out of state. I was kept completely informed about the progress and i was consulted on all major and minor decisions that arose.I could not be happier to have found this team of Matt, Dave, and Stephen! They are honest, hard working professionals who do the job right!

The Archambault team expanded our home and gutted approximately 1,200sf of existing area to create two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den/gallery area. The thorough preconstruction planning enabled them to execute a well coordinated construction project on budget and on schedule. This is our third project with them, and they will continue to be a valued resource for our future projects.

Mark and Steve Archambault are consummate professionals with a team of workers to match My husband and I have been very pleased with our construction project from start to finish. Our project manager Dave has been superb as well, available helpful creative and an excellent problem solver!

We have had Archambault complete two projects for us. The first was a complete remodel of our master bath. The project was well planned and executed professionally. The team of subcontractors that they used was top notch. They kept us very well informed of any changes to the schedule and plans. We were so pleased with both the quality of the result and the professionalism of their project management that we contracted them for a complete remodel of our kitchen, including everything from cabinetry, lighting, hardwood floors, applicances, stone. The works. I was in constant communication with our project manager and he balanced a wide range of subcontractors over the course of the project, in the middle of a pandemic. The care that they took to be isolate the workspace, and their diligence about COVID safety was professional and appreciated. Again, all their subcontractors did great work and the result is beautiful. One thing to keep in mind, they use a open billing, cost plus model. They send you all the invoices for the materials and subcontractor labor and change a management fee above the billed amounts. They are not the cheapest option, but you know exactly what you are paying for. I think the results are totally worth it.

Hired them to repair my deck. They were on time, professional in every way, and cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them for my future remodeling plans.

We hired this company to do a kitchen and bath remodel earlier this year. I can't say enough about the quality, professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to our satisfaction that Archambault demonstrated throughout this project. From day one when Stephen scheduled an appointment with us to review the plans, he had all of the individual tradesmen come by the same morning so that all could review our requests and answer any of our questions. This proved to me that Archambault was a well run organization. From that point on, once the project was scheduled, we were given a calendar of when each of the individual tasks would be started/completed, so we knew what to expect during each phase of construction. And if something got delayed, we were immediately informed and were given updated timelines for completion. All throughout the process, both Sean and Marc were in constant contact, notifying us of who would be coming by and when, so we were always kept in the loop and there were no surprises. Both were also in touch regularly to ask if we were satisfied with the job so far, and if there was anything that needed a second look or any extra work. Even once the project was finished, Sean checked in again to make sure we were satisfied and if there were any loose ends that needed to be addressed before all was finalized. This company totally exceeded my expectations - I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning any type of remodel. They are the complete opposite of all of the horror stories you hear about contractors either doing shoddy work or disappearing mid-project. I will absolutely use them again for any other projects we do in the future.

These guys were great. My wife could not stop raving about how clean they were, cleaning up after each days work! All the projects (doors, windows) went smoothly and were installed without any glitches. I came home home after work and you could barely tell they were there during the day, except for seeing the each project installed and moving along to the next step! We even did small alterations/additions to have more electrical work done and it didn't add any time to the project schedule. The foreman Jim is a gem! Great job guys, have a great summer.

We hired the Archambault team to repair replace our wood house trim with PVC trim including some intricate detail work. They started and finished on time and took on additional work on the fly. Very professional and highly recommended.

Archambault Construction put a 15x15 great room addition onto my home. They came highly recommended thru my architect. I received 3 estimates for the job and although they did not come in the lowest, I do believe you get what you pay for. The initial 8 week estimate for completion was right on. I anticipated that it would end up taking longer, as most construction projects do, but it did not. Communication was very good and always responded in a timely manner. The side of our current home had to be completely opened up and they did an IMAZING job with dust control and daily clean up, making living thru the project very tolerable. I would definitely recommend considering Archambaut Construction for your next project.

There was a problem with a circuit box in the parking lot. Called out and they came that day to assess. We appreciated the timeliness and professionalism and would definitely use again.

In February of this year (2019) we contracted with the Archambault Construction Company to sound proof two of our offices here at the Xaverian Missionaries/Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, 101 Summer Street in Holliston MA. They were able to complete the task within the time agreed upon, offer helpful advice in terms of various kinds of soundproofing available, and the quality of the work was more than satisfactory. I would highly recommend the Archambault Construction Company to anyone for either small or large construction/reconstruction jobs.

Stephen and team recently performed a demo and rebuild of a front wraparound porch that was sagging. Of the proposals I received they were the most thorough in examining the current structure (including getting underneath it to analyze what needed to be done) and proposing the best solution. The work was done efficiently, and the new structure is beautiful. As a bonus the project came in under budget. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project.

Mark and Stephen did a great job remodeling and expanding our kitchen. Working on an antique home can be challenging and the Archambault team was great to work with throughout. My wife and I are very happy with our new space.

I very highly recommend Archambault Construction!! They do a great job. They keep their promises and are sensitive to condo association requirements (noise, dust, space, etc.). Their employees are efficient craftsmen who are friendly and worked hard to get the job done with minimal disruption inside our home. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All this and they finished the job BEFORE the estimated time and right on budget!! They installed five large windows in our condo. The building is an old elementary school and our unit is on the second floor with a lot of shrubbery on the grounds. They protected the shrubs, painted the trim, and cleaned up every day. There was minimal disruption for us or our neighbors. The windows and the installation are identical to the visual integrity of the rest of the building. I can't recommend them highly enough. I gave them a five-star rating because I'm unable to give them six!!
