Horrible customer service! They say 2 weeks, really 3 months. After multiple complaints, they said they shipped it. They sent information for someone else's shipment. When it finally got here, only half the order was received. They said they shipped two pallets, but they only shipped one according to the bill of lading. They reshipped the other half after more complaints. It came broken in half, no reshipment yet. You would think after so many complaints and promises that they would put my order ahead of everyone else, they actually would. I ordered first part of November, it is now the end of January the following year and I still haven't been able to put up a single panel. Furious! Buy it from someone else! Great product, but the customer service is deplorable. They promised a 250 credit, when I asked for it, they said that would be for future orders. Are they kidding? I'll never order from them again!
