Never ending issues with brand new home purchased with them. Over 3 dozen service calls for not minor issues. Major problems include but not limited to: AC installed wrong Hot water heater installed wrong Bad disc lights installed in the house HVAC installed improperly Carpet installed improperly Gutters installed improperly Warranty team blames contractors for issues and takes 0 accountability despite the fact they are the ones that hired the contractors. My neighbors who built with Brandl have similar issues to me. Meanwhile the ones that went with other builders are enjoying their new homes.

We purchased an existing spec home from Brandl Anderson Homes. The process was very seamless. They were attentive to any issues identified on the walkthrough and were prompt to have things fixed before we closed. The closing process was handled very efficiently and we got a lovely welcome home bag to bring with us to our new place. Overall it has been a great experience working with Brandl Anderson.

So far I've had 3 problems I've reported to the warranty department after buying my new Brandl Anderson home. This was in the first month and so far they have failed to do anything about any of them. Today marks my fourth problem and I'm about to give up on trying to contact them. Does your warranty mean nothing?

Having been in and around the home building industry for the better part of 30 years, I've come across reputable and not so reputable builders. Rest assured, Brandl Anderson are wonderful builders. Quality finishes and exceptional craftsmanship come standard on all their homes. Without question, you get much more with every square foot with Brandl Anderson. What most builders consider an upgrade, Brandl Anderson considers standard. They truly build Dream Homes for Real Budgets.

As a lender for 16 years I have worked with many builders and Brandl Anderson is definetely one of the best and easiest to with. WIth any new build job there will always be change orders as the client makes selections. Brandl does a very good job in managing the books and sharing that information with the lender. We always arrive at closing day with no last minute surprises that would require loan docs to change.
