Very impressed from start to finish. I was in business for many years and every person you come in contact with forms your lasting impression. When I replace my carpeting Carpets Plus has my business.

Recently we had our Family Room, stair and hallway carpeted by Carpet Plus. A couple weeks prior to that we visited their store to look at various carpets and styles available. We felt very comfortable with the employee that showed us what would work best and be of high quality. This experience led us to having an in home appraisal of the areas we wanted carpeted. As the installers arrived we were given a gift which included a care package to take care of our new carpet. It was an added benefit and made the installation an even greater experience. The installers were top notch. They worked continuously for about 6 hours without taking a break making sure that the installation was done with the quality we expected. When they left our family room was clean and ready for use. It looked fantastic. I highly recommend that anyone looking at carpeting there home highly consider and choose Carpets Plus.

Carpet Plus Outlet installation was fabulous, timely on the install and kept me updated on the project. The installer cleaned up the house after. They did three rooms and hallway of carpet. I would highly recommend them they did an amazing job!
