I learned that the existing flooring was extremely thin, and 3 out of 5 said that they would not be able to sand the floors because they were too thin. Mike was the only one that assured me it would look great. They were able to sand and stain right on schedule and worked within my tight time frame. I honestly can’t believe how the floors turned out. They look absolutely perfect! I never imagined they would end up looking like brand new floors after what everyone else told me was not possible. Mike did an AMAZING job. 10/10. Since I initially paid Mike to do add in new hardwood floors in the bedroom and I decided not to go that route, Mike drove out to my work and paid me the difference. Again, he answered calls right away and showed up right when he said he would and gave me the money. I am impressed with the superior customer service that he delivered, and the job that he did on my condo. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure to pay it forward in this situation. Everyone that comes into my condo compliments my floors right away.
