President Matt Tappero personally guides each prospective homeowner through the design, layout and drafting process necessary for each custom home. Mr. Tappero is licensed as a NC Residential and Commercial Builder, and his homes have won several awards in recognition of his work. Matt Tappero is onsite on every project, every day and is committed to customer satisfaction, anything less is intolerable. Matt Tappero’s wife, Denice has worked with Matt, as a co-owner of Coastal Construction of North Carolina, Inc. and serves as the financial manger, as well as a liaison between customers, lenders and suppliers during the construction process. If a client needs help finding a lot to build on, she is always available to assist in that process, as well. Matt and Denice are very knowledgeable. They understand the many facets of purchasing, building, owning, and selling property in this unique area and look forward to sharing this knowledge with each of their clients.
