I found Brenda by reading her customer reviews, and after our initial conversation hired her to decorate our villa which was being renovated after sustaining severe water damage from a broken pipe. The interior renovation was substantial with all flooring, cabinets and most of our furniture being declared a total loss. We felt very comfortable working with Brenda. She was very understanding, empathetic, open minded, and very principled in her interactions with us. She was very organized and provided accountability for her expenditures with periodic updates throughout the project. She was willing to integrate our existing furniture and artwork into her design scheme. She used technology effectively to include us in making decisions about decorating alternatives and furniture selections. We were able to participate in making decisions from over 1,000 miles away by effectively using email, texting and mobile phone communications. Brenda spent our money frugally as if she were spending her own funds. I developed a high level of confidence in her judgement, decision making and business repute as we developed a working relationship. Brenda helped us customize our new-build home. We started working with her about 4-months before our home was complete. Brenda was creative, she listened to what we wanted and gave us expert advice. We wanted major renovations and customization to our office, family room, morning kitchen (making it into a bar!) and laundry room. Working with her and her sub-contractor we were able to start work as soon as we moved in. Brenda did extensive research looking for fans, furniture, rugs, window treatments and hardware…everything we needed to finish our home. She made color and style recommendations and we made the final choices, as we wanted to do. Brenda worked tirelessly when there were supply chain or delivery issues with vendors. Her design ideas were creative and spot on; we are thrilled with the final result. We recently had a party and received many compliments on how our home looks. We contacted Brenda in early 2021 to decorate and set up our under construction seasonal home. It was projected to close in July/August but didn’t actually close until October. We live half time in Minnesota and half time in Arizona. She met with us before we left Arizona in April of 2021 and we did all of our communication and some selection of furnishings by email. After she got a sense of what we liked, she took control of the selections of furnishings and accessories from there. The big reveal to us was when we arrived in early December and we could not have been more pleased. Even such an important selection as a mattress, she did a great job. I would highly recommend her for any size project, big or small. She’s honest, approachable and responds quickly to questions. There were many hurdles and curve balls in the project due to the supply chain issues and the pandemic, but Brenda navigated things well and overall, we are very pleased.

Brenda is a joy to work with! She is professional and honest. She is so talented and is amazing at any style her clients want. We have hired her numerous times for decorating our house and will hire her many more times!

Brenda is wonderful! Since my first phone call with her I knew she would be great to work with. She is very easy to talk with about my projects and she has great ideas!
