I interviewed 4 different contractors for our basement finish project. Dave and Chris won our business in several ways. They were helpful with suggestions but they weren't pushy with their ideas. They were fair in their pricing (I was very thorough in my research and know we paid a good price for the contract.) It was the TLC that Dave gave our project that truly made this contractor stand out. He helped "tweak" our design for the very best outcome, he re-worked any construction that he didn't feel was good enough after his workers finished something, and he dropped everything and worked until late one night when we had a small emergency during the project. I first met Dave years ago at the counter when we were both ordering building materials. Dave is a contractor who really cares for his clients and the workers on his projects.
