When we first met Chad with develop architects we were feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Our frustration came from having met with 4 other architecture companies and spending thousands of dollars for pelimary sketch’s of houses that looked nothing like we were after and appeared to be a modified plan of a house they have used for previous customers. We knew it was going to be a great relationship with in the first 10 minutes of meeting Chad and having discussions about our vision for our new home. Develop architects has the out of the box thinking that everyone is looking for in a custom home build. They have a great understanding of the customers budget and brilliant ideas of how to achieve the look you desire with in the budget you have. Chad has done a great job communicating with the all the builders we have met with and he has done an even better job at directing us and our builder during the building process. Over the years Develop architects has designed 2 houses for us and we are currently in the process of building the second one. Chad with develop architects has and continues to be there for us every step of the way from the big questions like framing/structural down the the small stuff like light placement, colors flooring ect. Develop Architects is hands down the best architecture company that we have spoken to or met with in northern utah.

Chad truly is a unique and talented architect. We have nothing but the highest praise for both the quality of his work but also it’s ingenuity. He patiently listens and responds to our questions, big or small, and like any good architect, he can interpret what we think we want into exactly what we want. You will not be disappointed in his work and will be proud of anything he touches.

Love the home! My wife & I are in the process of building a new home, we had been driving through new sub-divisions all over Northern Utah, searching Houzz and other architectural sites, and trying to find inspiration for a modern take on a country farm house. We came across his home literally 5 blocks from our house and knew we had found our Architect! He was one of three architects we interviewed to design our home and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!
