In February, 2020 my wife and I decided to do a remodel of all of our bathrooms. We had selected a contractor and he sent us off to select tiles and counters so off we went starting first with tile. We were so overwhelmed that when we got home we decided that we needed professional help. For us choosing colors is extremely difficult and to coordinate all that goes into a remodel we did not want to make an expensive mistake so after an extensive search we found Chandra Sadro. My first question to her was “Can you please meet us at the counter design center followed by a visit to the tile store?”. Chandra graciously said yes and from then on the selection of all of the components that go into a remodel became a lot easier. She asked us what type of look that we were looking for and after our conversation we met up with her first at the counter shop and then took samples to the tile store. Chandra has an excellent eye for color and she was efficiently able to select several possibilities for our consideration. She coordinated not only all of the colors, but also all of the plumbing fixtures and accessories. During the process Chandra always looked out for our money and made sure that we felt comfortable with our selections. We highly recommend Chandra Sadro for her efficiency, attention to detail, and the wonderful working relationship that we had with her.

Well our kitchen remodel wrapped up last week and we have had a chance to move in and try everything out. The results are beautiful! The contractors did a great install and finish job based on Chandra's detailed plans and drawings, and we are very pleased. We have both had a chance to cook and use everything, and it’s just such an improvement from our old kitchen: smooth ergonomics and layout, easy to cook in and clean up, with room for all our stuff and small appliances. We want to thank Chandra for her careful and professional design work: she listened to our needs and style preferences, gave great suggestions and helped us think through design choices. She also supported the install process by being available to work with the subcontractors and answer questions as they arose. The cabinetry is quite beautiful, and works well with the flooring, countertops and backsplash selections. The lighting looks great too. It just feels better to move around in and work in, which is the happy result of Chandra's efficient and aesthetically pleasing design for the space.

We needed a kitchen remodel and limited upgrade on a tight budget. After listening carefully to our thoughts, Chandra did a great job making strategic recommendations at the outset, and then followed up with detailed drawings and possibly most importantly, excellent contacts for vendors and subcontractors. She found and helped us to secure some beautiful granite that is the centerpiece of the new kitchen, and we were well advised during selection of our new appliances to meet site-specific issues. She also helped out with great recommendations for final details.

Chandra is a designer who has worked from our showroom many times to guide her clients in finding tile selections. She always has classically beautiful ideas. She is extremely professional and easy to work with. I have used images of her to work as tools for others who visit our showroom that a re not working with a designer. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking design advice.

Chandra helped us choose the materials (countertops, floor, tile, paint) for the remodel of our kitchen and first floor (repaint only). Working with her was a breath of fresh air as she was courteous, organized, and had excellent customer service. Though we had a limited budget, I never felt like it was a concern. She counseled us about where to spend money and where to save- always offering inexpensive alternatives along the way. She was able to easily interpret our personal style and recommend materials which would complement the furnishings we already had in our home. We put a lot of trust in her when choosing our paint colors (a process that gave my husband and I anxiety) and she did not disappoint. With very little direction, she choose a palette that accomplished our vision and flows beautifully. Lastly, she's well connected and works with contractors that she knows and trusts. This was a nice benefit of working with her as it eliminated the additional research we needed to do. I would definitely work with Chandra again and highly recommend her for projects both big and small.

We hired Chandra with Sadro Design after consulting with her about our kitchen remodel. She offered some great suggestions and created a detailed plan to make the most out of our current space. We have now hired our contractor and in the process of ordering the cabinets. SInce we understood the detailed plan we worked on with Chandra, we have been able to make minor modifications with our contractor with ease. I know that her expertise and ability to teach us about the remodel process really helped us from becoming overwhelmed as we were making the final cabinet choices and confirming the order. We have continued to be in touch with Chandra and appreciated her additional input with some additional design decisions. We look forward to completing this kitchen remodel. We really appreciate the value of Chandra's design!

I was never really interested in hiring a kitchen designer. Didn't think I had the money... However, our contractor suggested that I use one as to help us lay out a kitchen that best suited us. We called Chandra and never regretted it. She gave us ideas and got the feel for what our end goal was. We love our kitchen, dining room and living room. All were affected by this remodel. Please consider using a kitchen designer as you will save money in the long run. She has the connections, knows the quality products and helps with everything from layout to paint color. No regrets!

Chandra has weighed in on two other home improvement projects which made it easy to have her do a kitchen design for our small, awkward space. She has been professional, easy to work with and took the time to listen to our needs. We are thrilled with the design she presented and can't wait for the completion!

My husband and I originally hired Chandra to design the kitchen layout for our new house. She took extensive notes regarding how we intended to use the kitchen, the functionality we needed and the style we wanted. She came back with several options and a lot of good advice. We were so impressed with her creativity, attention to detail and professionalism that we hired her to design our master bath as well. She came up with a fantastic floor plan and this time we also had her help choose our finishes and tile. She did an amazing job. Since then we have hired her to do the same with our remaining two baths and to come up with some ideas for our living room fireplace with built-in cabinets/bookcases. I found Chandra through Houzz and was impressed that her portfolio contained a variety of projects across all kinds of styles, from 1920's vintage to ultra-modern, opulent traditional to uncluttered Shaker. Chandra tailors each design to the style and needs of her clients, provides excellent information on how to get the most value out of your budget, and on top of all that, she's very personable and is a pleasure to work with. My husband and I recommend her highly!

Sadro Design Studio was recommended by our cabinet maker. Chandra (Sadro Design Studio) was provided with the desired design style and budget. She came up with a beautiful design for a small kitchen that wants to be a huge farm house kitchen. Part of her excellence was to take my unobtainable desire for an island and come up with an alternate solution without losing the end effect. Our decision to hire Sadro Design Studio was solid.

Chandra of Sadro Design is very respectful of my requests...and works hard to accommodate those requests in her designs. She listens. She is very knowledgeable about various design products and vendors available in the market...and gladly directs me to the products she thinks I will like. I have used her services for several projects and she always "brings value to the table." Projects include: totally remodeled finished basement with bath and TV room; den/office; kitchen, family room and powder room. In each project she worked with our contractor to make sure everything was precisely the way I requested it.

My other half and I worked with Chandra from Sadro Designs from November 2012 through June 2013. Chandra was very professional and fun to work with. We had a very difficult kitchen to design with an old 1970's barbecue, no work space, shallow sink, three different types of flooring, soffits, 3/4 walls, limited cabinets, and a narrow area to work with. Chandra was able to design us a kitchen with a step in pantry, more counter space, more cabinets, but yet made the kitchen appear bigger and airy. Chandra listened to our needs and saw the type of kitchen I was dealing with for eight long years. We are almost complete and the kitchen is gorgeous and it's a gourmet. I love it! I still have to pinch myself to believe it. We could not have done it without Chandra. She not only helped with the kitchen design, but she also helped us with other small details such as the paint colors for the first floor and interior lighting. Prior to hiring Chandra, I interviewed two other designers for this projects and I have to say, "they did not connect with me." As soon as Chandra stepped in my entryway, I could see her mind instantly looking and working on ideas for our home. I admired that quality about Chandra, she not only has good work ethics, but she connected with us and helped us through this long, but wonderful project.
