“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Highest recommendation! We absolutely love the new custom home that Martin, with Concept Architecture, designed for us. Martin took our ideas and some very site specific requirements and created a home that is so much more than we expected. Martin is friendly, professional and REALLY listens. The very first draft sketches proved that he understood what we wanted and needed. He worked with the county to meet all of the special requirements for building on a slope near water.”

“Jan designed a kitchen for our 1930's brick Tudor home. She is undaunted by the awkward spaces, and other eccentricities of an older home. She views the kitchen not as a separate entity but how it relates to the whole house in style and feel. She stays with the client through the whole project. Jan has a very strong sense of design. If the client is unsure about making a decision, they can trust Jan to help them make the right choice. All of her kitchens are different. Anyone who hires her will not have a kitchen that looks like anyone else's..”
