Chris designed & installed our custom fireplace feature wall, our kitchen and our primary bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Chris and his team were professional, helpful and finished on time and on budget. We had new cabinets put in, in our laundry room and they look fantastic. Chris helped us choose a colour, organize cupboards vs. drawers and where/how everything should open without getting in the way of the washing machine/dryer etc. I think one of the things we appreciate most is how proactive he was with the project and in terms of discussion about the layout/plans and all of the options we could/should consider. We would use him again anytime!

If I could give Chris James Design more than 5 stars, I would. We completed a full ensuite renovation in November 2025, and from the initial design consultation through to the finished project, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Chris took the time to truly understand our style, how we wanted the space to function, and what was important to us. Rather than simply creating a beautiful bathroom, he designed a space that feels like it was built specifically for our family. One of the standout features was the custom cabinetry. Every inch of the space was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. The custom vanity is absolutely stunning, and Chris also designed a dedicated makeup/vanity area that perfectly suits our daily routine. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality of the finished product are exceptional. Throughout the project, communication was excellent, timelines were well managed, and every decision felt collaborative. Chris always had creative ideas and practical solutions that elevated the final design beyond what we had originally envisioned. Now that we've been using the space for several months, we appreciate the design even more. It is not only beautiful but incredibly functional, and we receive compliments from everyone who sees it. Incredible work by Chris James Designs. Chris did all the custom millwork for our kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and basement wet bar for our full home renovation.
