Wholeheartedly recommend the folks at Cortland Kitchen & Bath! Dave, Chris and Jeff were very professional from design to installation to follow-ups. They answered our questions and partnered with us to make our new kitchen everything we had envisioned. Throughout the project the CK@B team suggested options and when the kitchen started taking shape (a total re-do), addressed our questions and changes with very creative solutions. From the big stuff to the daily clean-up, a very professional job all the way around! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and closest friends.

It is refreshing to find someone like Dave who takes the time to really listen and then offers great suggestions. He also saved us time and money by anticipating concerns of which we were unaware. It is obvious that Dave Dovi and his team are committed to the goal to meet and even exceed clients's needs and desires. They are exceptionally professional (we did not have to clean up after them like we've had to clean up after professionals in other communities where we have lived). And, they work with you and your budget. The work was done as agreed upon, within the budget and within the agreed upon time frame. His team is experienced, talented and personable. The materials and craftmanship is superb and we are very happy with the results. What is not to love about that?

I hired Cortland Kitchen and Bath to remodel a bathroom which was very outdated and in need of attention. I wanted the tub replaced with a walk-in shower and, as I am aging and was about to have a knee replacement, I wanted it to be convenient, safe and accessible for my use. David Dovi was wonderful to work with. He listens to and heeds requests, asks good questions, makes helpful suggestions based on his extensive experience, and presents samples and drawings to demonstrate how things will look (for those of us who do not possess the talent to visualize how things will look when finished). Planning for where grab bars, shower controls, and the shower seat were to be installed was done to fit my needs and wishes. The planning for the project was meticulous. The work was completed while I was spending the winter in Florida (which speaks to my trust in David) and he phoned or emailed to check with me when he had questions and sent photos of the progress and I was delighted with the result. Quality products were used and they were installed in a most professional manner. Visitors and family have had such positive things to say about the beauty and the utility of the bathroom. David's skill with tile is so evident and the entire project radiates quality. I would give him my highest recommendation in all respects.

My husband and I were very impressed with David Dovi and his crew. He educated us with each process step of our kitchen project. They left the work site clean and safe in between project steps. They were friendly and very professional. And the results were great!.

Overall great job with our complete kitchen renovation, also entryway, laundry, and dining area. Hired back for renovation of our bathrooms. Highlights were the design work, detail, and workmanship in our century + old home.

We had a significant portion of our main floor remodeled. This included a large kitchen, eating area, a half bath, and two entryways. The attention to detail, high quality of work, and solid advice that we received from Mr. Dovie was invaluable. He was not afraid to redo and upgrade something that he had already done in order to improve the final product. He was meticulous. When the inevitable glitches came up as the project went along, he and his team always had several ways to solve the issue in a professional and satisfactory way.
