Martin has been amazing to work with. We interviewed and even started out with another firm but as we got into the project, we realized that they were not listening to our needs and eventually farmed us out to an understudy. Martin took over and not only listened to our needs but helped us to make important decisions. He has gone way beyond our expectations and has made this process fun instead of the pain we anticipated.

Highest recommendation! We absolutely love the new custom home that Martin, with Concept Architecture, designed for us. Martin took our ideas and some very site specific requirements and created a home that is so much more than we expected. Martin is friendly, professional and REALLY listens. The very first draft sketches proved that he understood what we wanted and needed. He worked with the county to meet all of the special requirements for building on a slope near water.

Commented: What material siding is used for the greenish area? Thanks!Unfortunately, I don't have the paint colors for the house. I do know it is paint because the siding material is a cementitious material and is pre-primed.
