hello i would just like to share my experience i had with Tracy G. and consumers. Tracy was just fantastic, insightful and knowledgeable. Tracy went over all my options and came up with a simple plan. the cabinets came in within the 6 to 8 week window that i was told, they are installed and Thursday they are coming to make the template for the granite counter top. i just felt Tracy should receive accolades for her commitment to make her customers feel comfortable with the decision they make. at no time did i fell pressured or misguided. it was just a wonderful experience overall. thank you Tracy

Sharon is the best! She designed our dream kitchen, down to the smallest details. She has been super responsive throughout the whole process and made it as stress free and straightforward as possible. We love the quality of our cabinets and countertops, and the pricing was great for the quality. Would recommend consumer cabinets to anyone with a kitchen or bathroom project.

I worked with Tom at the East Meadow location on a full kitchen and Bathroom Reno. Tom was amazing courteous kind, smart great ideas when it comes to design not pushy always available through email phone calls text message for any questions or concerns. I didn’t have the easiest renovation, it was complicated due to the age of the home and being unoccupied for over ten years, but Tom handled both projects with ease. He’s not a pushy salesman in anyway I got everything from Tom from the kitchen cabinetry, hardware, sinks, etc and a custom vanity He has the best ideas and is very patient. I recommend Tom highly I have friends that I’ve sent to Tom that are just as happy with his services and I will be going back before the end of the year to complete a half bath Reno. Thank you Tom for everything!’

We bought our first home this year and did a gut renovation of our kitchen. Our contractor recommended Sharon Lee and she was a pleasure to work with! She helped us design our new kitchen cabinet layout and we were able to tear down a wall to the dining room and add a peninsula which gave us so much more space to prepare food while interacting with guests! All of Sharon’s suggestions were so smart and her attention to detail with measurements was fabulous. We love the amount of storage, pull-out drawers, huge pantry, slow-close doors, chimney hood fan, cabinet for sheet pans and cutting boards, garbage right below prep station, etc. She hung in there while we hemmed and hawed and must have provided us with 10 different layout options at our request - but by the end, we picked the dream kitchen layout for us and couldn’t have had a better experience with anyone else! Truly the highlight of our home renovations was working with Sharon and she is an all-star expert in her field!

Had an awesome experience working with Patrick who helped design my new master bathroom. Patrick is a true professional and designed a dream. I have posted pictures for friends and family who thought they were photos from a magazine. Extremely grateful for his vision and professionalism!

After many visits and a million calls my wife and Patrick created our dream kitchen. Pat is very great to work with and provided us a lot of insight during our whole house remodeling during framing, drywalling etc. He understands the different layouts and combinations that will suit a house depending on all factors and his patience is incredible. I can’t tell you how many times we changed our design and Pat had no issues with reviewing and planning our project. Pat is good at telling you what extra add in works for your kitchen and what will be overkill or not necessary in the kitchen based of his opinion. The most important part of making my purchase with consumers was having someone who understood the products they’re selling and quality. Patrick is very honest on the different colors glazes and types of materials you select for kitchen and providing amazing feedback for his customers. Ironically he was referred to me by not one but 3 other friends who have used him for their kitchen. Also, the delivery was very easy and the kitchen cabinets came in great shape. P.S. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Recently I encountered an issue with a hinge in my kitchen and I reached out to Patrick, and he responded promptly and resolved the issue right away. Patrick played a pivotal role in helping me envision the potential of my kitchen. One particular recommendation that stood out was the suggestion of adding an island to my kitchen. At first, I was hesitant, but after seeing the final result of my kitchen renovation, I realized he was absolutely right, so I ordered the island ( even after the kitchen was ready to go for installation). Patrick is not only quick to respond and provide solutions, but he also has an undeniable knack for understanding the clients' needs and exceeding expectations. It's evident that he knows what he’s doing, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to have their kitchen done right. Dealing with Tracey (Sensitive Information Hidden) and consumers was a great experience. Tracey was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me and my wife to get us exactly what we envisioned and in the price range we were comfortable with. The show room in Patchogue NY was helpful as well. Many displays to help you see and choose exactly what you envision for your project. Highly recommend consumers and Tracey for your next project.

I worked with Tom at consumers at the East Meadow Office for a full kitchen reno in my co-op. I unexpectedly purchased a home a year later and went back to Tom for a full kitchen, reno full bath reno this year a half bath Reno. Tom is amazing he is patient he’s very professional and he has great ideas. He will guide you through the stressful process that a large reno can bring from start to finish and makes it all a fun process. With so many options to chose from Consumers is a one stop shop you can get everything here you need for your kitchen or bath from the cabinets down to the hardware. Don’t hesitate to give Tom a call! The East meadow location also just updated their showroom and it’s truly gorgeous! My parents, brother and three family friends have all worked with Tom and couldn’t be happier with the results that’s why he’s stuck with us :)

After dealing with management we have received everything promised to us for our kitchen and hope to enjoy the remodel soon.
