Our expertise at Plan West is complete, custom resort residential design and legacy family compound developments. To do this requires the development of a well understood program, a creative design, a thorough and comprehensive set of construction documents, and a carefully administered construction contract. As a smaller firm, we look to make between 5 to 7 new custom home client relationships each year. Jason Grey West – the principal – initiates every design and is supported by an experienced, educated, and well trained staff that specializes in architecture, sustainability technology and specifications. Design sketches are accurately translated into technical 2D floor plans and 3D models. dynamic “virtual reality” and "fly thru" modeling is shared and reviewed with clients to provide the most detailed view of what they can expect for their home.
