Frank Kaczmarski with Contour Construction did a beautiful job on our renovation. We enclosed a two story great room and a living room to create a new office and bonus room. Frank listened to all our needs and came up with a plan that worked beautifully for our family. His craftsmanship is amazing and he did a great job on all the extra details we added during the process including extra crown molding, built in book cases, and much more. He completed the job on budget and on time as outlined in our contract. We will definitely be using Contour Construction for our next kitchen and bath remodel. This was our first major renovation and it made the process a great experience to work with Frank. We could not be happier and are very thankful we chose Frank out of the companies we interviewed.

Frank redid my deck in the summer of 2014. All new rails, boards with hidden fasteners, new privacy screen and new stain. The job turned out great. I would certainy recommend Frank's work to anyone needing work on their home!

Hired Frank Kaczmarski to do a couple of smaller projects in the house, regret of shower and cut out and replace wood around a very large window that gets a lot of direct sunlight. In both cases he was prompt and did the work he agreed to, and was very good about offering suggestions on a repair prior to starting work. His price was very competitive and he cleaned up any mess. I would use him again.

We have used Frank , the owner of Contour Construction three times for home repairs and one larger home improvement project which involved the reframeing of the beams under our 25 year old sunroom and the removal and addition of a new and large, two level, deck. Frank's eye towards quality was evident in all of the projects he's done at our home. He is methodical and does quality, first rate, carpentry work. For the home repair projects which were smaller he did the work on a time and material basis with his charges being reasonable given the work he completed. The large sunroom improvement/new deck project came in at a price which was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but at about 40% lower than the most expensive quotes we obtained. The work however, was superb and we are happy with the finished project . Every time he did work for us he left the work area clean.

We wanted custom shelves on both sides of our fireplace made out of cedar plank wood. We had been looking for something different and when we found exactly what we wanted we showed them to Frank. He was able to draw up what we wanted and found the wood we needed at a decent price. Once Frank started doing the shelves he realized we needed more and got the additional shelves done in a couple of days. We love the way our living room turned out especially since these are the focal point in our family room. We get compliments on them every time we have company. Frank was very professional, priced fairly, and was done in a timely fashion. We have recommended Frank to our friends.

We were converting our living room to a home office/study. We retained Frank at Contour Construction to install french doors with a transom, which enclosed the office. Frank came to our home to explain the installation process and to take measurements for the doors and frame. A few weeks later, Frank scheduled a convenient day for the delivery and installation. Frank arrived early on the scheduled day. He laid down floor covers. He roughed in a frame, installed the french doors and transom unit with precision, and plumbed up and leveled the unit, so the doors open and close perfectly. Frank then finished the installation with dry wall, trim, and mouldings. We had opted to paint the unit ourselves. Frank returned as promised to install the hardware. The new french doors and transom look wonderful! Frank was courteous, focused, and hard-working. He worked from 7:30a to 5:00a. He cleaned as he progressed, setup his saw work outside, and cleaned well at the end of the day. The quality of his work was excellent - very precise. He really knows what he is doing. It would have taken me three weekends to accomplish what Frank did in one day - a real time-saver.

I moved to NC in July and needed a variey of projects done in my home. Contour Construction & Design came highly recommended by my neighbor, and Frank did not disappoint! He is professional and a true craftsman. His rates are always fair and the quality of his work superior. Frank seems to come up with affordable solutions to my home projects which is a plus. I am very pleased that he is my go-to man for all my home projects!
