Our experience with Roger Cesario and the Copper Creek Home team was exceptional. We worked with them to construct our new home in Crested Butte, Colorado. We found the team to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in working through all of the challenges that come with a complex construction project. The Copper Creek team worked straight through one of snowiest winters in recent memory to complete our project on time and on budget. Having recently gone through a home construction project in Dallas, we were very impressed at the significant amount of craftsmanship and quality that the Copper Creek team put into our home. When we first met Roger, we were immediately impressed with his preparation, professionalism and knowledge. He came with sample budgets, schedules, billing process, communication plans, etc. and explained in great detail how CCH operates the custom home building process. Roger went out of his way to get to know us and understand what we were trying to accomplish. He didn’t sell, but listened and responded with thoughtful answers indicating he had clearly heard what we wanted in our new home. Roger and his team of craftsman worked very closely with us to bring to life our vision of a mountain home. The unique materials used in our home were found by Roger and his extensive knowledge of reclaimed materials. Custom home building can be daunting and Roger was careful to balance his vision of the project with our vision of the project by listening to our ideas and dreams and giving us options and ideas in addition. It is very evident the CCH team enjoys where they work and it is clear they take pride in the work itself. They were always friendly and helpful any time we visited the work site. Another distinguishing characteristic of CCH is they are very comfortable in the digital area. Building a custom home remotely is a challenge. CCH’s ability to use digital media and information simplifies the process immensely. The use of digital pictures, scanning of documents and sketches, etc. has saved us countless hours, sped up the building process and increased the overall efficiency. Because of Roger and the wonderful team at CCH we now have a beautiful new home in the mountains that we have been able to enjoy and share with friends and family.
