Built as a family retreat to the Rocky Mountains for skiing and fishing, this custom home sits below a secluded ridge, yet deceivingly close to town and skiing. Situated in an aspen grove with unparalleled views, this property is frequented by deer, elk and the occasional bear.

With two original hewn buildings, one a guest cabin and the other a barn, each connected to the main house by bridge. A lookout tower at the intersection of the two bridges was incorporated using four 10x20x30’ reclaimed Douglas Fir columns set on a 4° pitch. This project was completed using handpicked Gunnison County stone.
