I have worked with Jackie for a year now, and she has been great. We remodeled our entire kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and the first floor flooring. Jackie works hard to make sure your choices go well with the style of your house, keeping in mind future resale value. She also does a great job of keeping the selection choices manageable. Picking out tile or carpet can be overwhelming—she made it much easier. She has good relationships with vendors, and communicates well with them and her clients. She has excellent taste, and is very easy to work with. She’s also a kind, fun person! I would highly recommend her and use her again in the future. —-Anne G.

Perfection! We went from a Miami Vice house to the mountain transition home we have dreamed of. We completely redid every room/space in our house. Jackie was able to visualize the space, maximize the space and help us choose the perfect materials for each area. BTW went from being a nightmare to cook in to a truly chef's kitchen. Jackie hears your vision and is able to guide you through the process. She used three D renderings when needed to help us visualize the new space. Jackie respected the budget we had and kept us within this budget. When we saw an item that would put us over budget, she quickly found similar items to keep us within budget. Jackie has also helped us with furnishing our new home. Again her resources, and expertise have guided us to a home we are truly in love with. Most importantly, Jackie is the nicest, most enjoyable person to be with, you spend a lot of time with a designer and she is a person you want to be with.

With a 100+ year old house, bathroom renovations are intimidating. We had so many questions about what style would fit and what design would work in small spaces. One bathroom located in a finished attic was particularly daunting. We had put off the project for years, not knowing how to update. We were so fortunate to find Jackie. She designed the space so that it worked, understood what we wanted to accomplish, and helped us select fixtures, cabinets, flooring, countertops, and designed the lighting. She solved a problem with a window that we wanted, and we are also enjoying heated floors. She is talented, easy to work with, and made the project fun. Throughout the renovation she was available to solve any challenges that arose and frequently dropped in to monitor the contractors and lend moral support. Because of her expertise and experience, everything came together quite easily. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to our friends, and have done so. How many people receive compliments on their bathroom design on an ongoing basis?

We worked with Jackie Craine on a total house remodel between March and October, 2020. We lived out of state and Covid made travel very restricted. Jackie worked very well with us and our contractor from the early design stage, through the selection of finishes, and selection of window treatments and some furnishings. She has a great color and design "eye". We needed to make decisions quickly ( and sometimes remotely) to make our projected move-in date. She listened well to what we were trying to achieve and really helped us finish our project.. We highly recommend her.

It’s a good thing to ask for help! I was buying furniture and picking paint but struggled to make it all fit or tie together. Jackie’s skill set is exactly what you need if you want to save yourself from costly mistakes. Jackie can help you with a kitchen remodel or help you update your living space. Our home is filled with beautiful furniture and art because of Jackie. Her designs and pieces have always been a match to our taste, lifestyle and has been within our budget. We are currently working on our 3rd residential project with Jackie and it’s a delight. Jackie uses just enough edge and flare to make our space unique but she keeps it classic, not over done. She has the answers for Lighting, paint, cabinets, countertop, furniture, tile, custom rugs, window treatments, custom art, plumbing fixtures...you name it!

Jackie is a great designer, and an absolute pleasure to work with! She has been such a relief, as she is organized, and extremely easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her!
