Derek Flaum at Crawford Supply has been invaluable to me these past months. Derek personally guided me through the process of choosing and purchasing everything I needed to rehab my bathroom. This is not easy, there are literally hundreds of options and companies to choose from.. To know a company and a design and salesperson this courteous and expert in the business is rare. It’s great to be able to trust a person and company this completely. Crawford Supply and Derek Flaum have easily earned 5-star rating. Nice job.!! Ralph

I have been very happy in my experience working with Derek Flaum at Crawford Supply. He helped me with the purchase of a custom vanity for a master bathroom. I really appreciated how quickly he turned the estimates, how upfront he was about timing and pricing of different manufacturers, and how quickly he responded with any questions I had. Though I'm sure my vanity is not a big-ticket sale at all, Derek treated me as though I was a highly valued customer, and even recommended some contractors when he heard things had not gone well with someone I had hired. He has really gone above and beyond on customer service.

Terrible customer service, spend your money elsewhere. We had an issue with a product from Crawford, and the sales representative told us "people, you know people who live on the North Shore, are okay with this product. It must be you." What?!?! We are still waiting on a refund...

Karen at Crawford was wonderful! She was highly knowledgable about the products and took a great amount of time to sit with me to explain and demonstrate how the products work. The showroom was bright and clean and had numerous displays to compare and contrast products. I would absolutely visit again for any future projects!

Their salespeople are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Customer Service is top notch and order processing is meticulous and thorough. As a designer, I appreciate working with other professionals who are detail oriented and care as much about a project as I do, and I always find that with Crawford Supply salespeople.

My husband and I are completing our first project for our new home and working with Michael made picking a new sink and faucet very easy! The showroom is beautiful (and has parking!) and Michael was always energetic and helpful, even with multiple phone calls with questions after our first visit. Before I began planning for our new kitchen remodel I never realized just how many kitchen and bath supply stores there are in Chicago. I visited several before I landed at Crawford Supply, at the suggestion of my contractor. There I found Sarah Babbitt, and she was an absolute wonder to work with. I appreciated how detail-oriented she was through the whole design process. Right off the bat, I also noticed that she could discern my particular needs as well as what I didn’t need help with, which made our appointments efficient and productive. But more importantly, her personal style of working helped me to trust that she understood me and my needs. This was really comforting, especially since we were doing a gut rehab. In addition, she was GREAT at communication and responding to my emails. She completed our 3D designs and renderings quickly, and was immediately responsive when we had to make design changes. On one particular instance, our contractor made last-minute changes to our measurements AFTER we had already submitted our order to the cabinet company. Sarah was out of the office on an all-day retreat, but still made herself available by phone to make changes to our design on-the-fly, and resubmit our order on the same day. Sarah was responsive, perceptive, detail-oriented, and also really a pleasure to talk with. I would unconditionally recommend Sarah and Crawford Supply to anyone searching for knowledgable and quality designers to work with.

I have visted Crawford three times in the last couple of months. On all three visits, Karen Watson-Goddard gave me excellent service, advise and counsel. But it was on my last visit last Friday December 16, that she was extraordinary in her assistance. My first visit was simply to look at sinks and faucets for our planned kitchen remodel. The second visit (I think it was early November) was with my husband and we tentatively chose an elkay sink and Franke faucet. I wanted to do some more research so we did not purchase that day. Then from November 10 until December 11, our family suffered some medical issues and hospitalizations that required my complete commitment and care. I wasn't thinking about sinks and faucets, even though our remodel had started on December 8th. When I finally took a good look at the estimate Karen had sent me I realized that it indicated there would be a 3-4 week wait for the sink. Now I was in a quandry soI I visted the store a third time and was overwhelmed at the problem of not having a sink on time. I wanted a specific size with an oversize bowl on the left. Karen said she had smaller sinks in stock but my husband and I wanted the larger size. Karen worked some magic and was able to obtain the sink we wanted by having it shipped through Fed ex. I am extremely grateful to her, not only for her expertise in getting the sink we wanted on time, but also for her compassion in helping me through a situation that was adding to the stress I was already feeling with the medical issues at home. She is a gem, not just a salesperson. I thought you should know about my very positive experience.

We work primarily with the Crawford Supply in Itasca. They are the go to supplier for all our plumbing and fixture needs. They have fantastic customer service and their showroom is awesome.
