My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Creative Renovation is a terrible company. They do not keep their written and agreed upon fees. They submitted a proposal and signed it to a friend of mine. After paying 50% down at the start, at they end he got $5000 above the balance of 50%. I will never deal with this company.

Work is in process on large project. Planning, full teardown and re-build of large home. Demo and clean up was prompt and done well. Awaiting City approval of Plans. Future updates to follow.

Don and his team built-out my condo in Scottsdale. I had an exceptional experience -- great problem solvers, never say no, budget conscious, always responsive, great design ideas, and, yes, on-time. I had worked with a number of renovation and design/build companies in my past, and none compare to Creative Renovations. Years after their work was done I experienced a problem with my window system. Even though Don's team didn't not install the system, Don came out right away, assessed the problem, and connected me with a window expert who did fix the problem. That's unheard of. I strongly recommend Don and his team.

Don and his team delivered a quality renovation to our house. The project was likely a smaller project than he was used to but he delivered the project on time and under budget. My wife and I would highly recommend Don and his team for renovations and new construction.

Don at Creative Renovations and his men completed a project with exceptional accuracy and according to the prepared specifications for one of my premier clients JBS in Tolleson, AZ. The project consisted of a build out of new data room in a particularly rough environment. Their attention to detail was above average especially considering the conditions they had to work within..I would highly recommend Creative Renovations for any commercial or residential project.
