5 stars for quality, price, and customer service. My absolute favorite part, beyond the usual boxes to check, is how simple Dan made things for me. I've dealt with a couple of contractors so I know the feeling of putting money down and worrying if they'll show up to finish or start the job. EZ Window Solutions has a pay after policy which I was assuming was some sort of smoke and mirror deal. But, they actually installed my windows and never required any money down. I actually paid after it was done. Huh? Unheard of in the home improvement industry. Dan has won my loyalty. I'm a customer for life.

Just an all around fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable and honest with up front pricing. I responded to a different window companies radio ad for a buy 1 get 1 special which just turned out to be snakeoil. I should have known better. But, after I ran away from that company I found EZ Window Solutions. They were friendly and had a price in my hands within 2 hours of talking. Just can't say enough good things about this company. I ended up hiring them to install new vinyl windows. Windows look good and the install crew did a perfect job.

Can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was with Dan. They advertise and they delivered. Blown away at the pricing on their composite windows. The price alone was enough to say yes but the ease at which Dan delivered a quote to us was relieving. No pressure at all. If you're looking for a good window company that's honest and not price gouge you, this is it.

Zen Windows has some great prices and great products. I would definitely recommended. The installation appointment was easy to make. The installers were professional, kind, and diligent, finishing ahead of schedule. Support and follow up both during and after our install was more than I expected. It’s been less than two weeks since our install, but so far, we’re happy. What more can we ask for!

Zen Windows did not give me the cheapest quote on windows, but they weren't the most expensive either. So, why wouldn't I just go with the cheapest company? Same thing I argued with my husband about for 30 minutes, LOL. Because Zen Windows said they would install my windows and I could pay them after my job was done. That alone is worth everything to me. Everyone wants money up front. Not Zen Windows. The fact that they are so confident in their product and installation spoke volumes to me. certainly recommended.

Well, I've had my fare share of contractors trying to take advantage of me due to my age. I'm older and must sure seem like an easy target for slimy contractors. Daniel at Zen Windows treated my lovely wife and I very well. He was honest, courteous, and very patient with my questions. At this stage in life, I don't want to haggle or have to be stressed out with tricky sales agreements. I appreciate the honesty and ease that Zen Windows provided to me. really a pleasure to have Zen Windows handle my window and door replacement. When I asked them for a bid they had one to me shortly. I think it was like 10 minutes after I got off the phone that Dan had a firm price to me. I couldn't get anywhere near a price from Window World without them wanting to come to my home. I wasn't having any of that. Dan gave me a fair price. The windows turned out nice, look really good from the outside. I would 100% do business with Zen Windows again.

We did quite a bit of looking around before we decided to go with Zen Windows for our replacement window project. My husband did most of the leg work when it came to researching. Most of the window companies had low prices and sorts of deals like, buy 2 get 2 free. Once we looked into those deals and talked with some of our friends we realized that it was just a trick to get us in the door. So, we decided to use Zen Windows because Dan just gave us a fair price without the price games. So thrilled with how easy it was to deal with Dan and in complete shock that we didn't pay any money until our windows were finished. Made me a happy girl!

My husband and I started looking for replacement windows for our home in July, Dan was our first call and we received what we felt was a fair estimate. Doing our due diligence we went out and got another estimate from a big box company and boy we regretted it, high pressure and high prices. We went with Zen and have not regretted it, our original estimate from Dan is what we paid and the install was excellent!! His crew showed up on time and completed our project in one day, when they left everything was cleaned up. Than you Dan for a wonderful experience! We love our new windows!

Our 15 new windows in our Toledo home turned out perfect. We can already feel a difference as the drafts have dissappeared. Going to save some serious cash this year on heating costs. So, the soft-lite windows look really good and the installers did a quality job. I actually tried to give Dan money, as I was expecting to make a down payment, and he declined as part of the Zen Windows promise. I paid AFTER the project was finished. Go figure. I'll take that any day.
