David designed my custom home which was built in 2016. The lot I selected had an existing floor plan which was going to be built as a spec house. I made my purchase in time to change the plan. I gave feedback on the changes I would like to have, and with very minimal back and forth, David captured exactly what I wanted. I love my home. It is very unique and just right! I am grateful to both Dave and the builder for creating my dream home. And for making the design process easy and fun.

David was amazing. He worked with us to create the best house plans for our needs. He was very conscientious about every detail and never had a problem with changes. We met with him every week up until we were happy and the plans were complete. David made great suggestions, some we used, some we didn’t, and a few we wish would have. We were very happy with David and he was always friendly and courteous. We would definitely use him again.

David recently helped us design our dream home in Colorado. In coordination with our builder, he listened to what we had in mind and then made some excellent suggestions to enhance the floor plan. This is the first home we have had built, and David really went above and beyond to not only make sure we got what we wanted, but also gave us some options to consider that we wouldn't have thought of - and kept within the size and budget we wanted. He's awesome! I'm happy to give him my highest recommendation.

David designed our house in Grand Junction. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and guided me through the process step by step. He listened to and worked with all my suggestions and made excellent suggestions of his own! Dave has drawn 11 single family detached homes for me and 2 duplexes, 1 tri-plex, a 6- unit town home project. The home designs were well thought. Kitchens, baths and common areas were placed as to how people move and use that square footage. From window placement to sight lines, buyers fell in love. My homes sell within the first week and I attribute that to a pattern of design talent that Dave possesses.

David was so helpful during the process of designing our home. Building a house is a nerve racking process because you aren’t sure what everything will look like upon completion, but David made the process very smooth. He had great ideas that I would not have thought about, was very timely, and I felt like I could contact him with questions at any time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to build and design their forever home!
