I have had the opportunity to work with them on three occasions. In each instance, they have been pleasant, professional and prompt. This is to say nothing of the quality of the workmanship and their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. In my experience the real measure of the quality of a business relationship is how challenges are addressed. They did my complete kitchen to which I had adjustments and additions made over the course of a year finally concluding recently. They have exceeded my expectations. This was my fourth kitchen done by this company. Now totally disgusted with them. My cabinet doors are warping, they came and said they would replace them. I have not heard from in six months. Thought Chris had more integrity then to do this to me. Dec 18, 2016 Update. Kitchen cabinet doors been replaced, Chris coming to follow up with my other issues.

Let me tell you, there are many many options out there for cabinetry...I spent months previewing interviewing and working with various companies before settling on Dedham Cabinet. Bar none, this group blows the others out of the water in every aspect, from planning to value, to backing their product even years after install. Never a problem. They met their promise on timing of fabrication and delivery, and as everyone out there knows...contractors are notoriously poor at meeting deadlines. Upon install, my electrician, who had never met or heard of them pulled me aside and said, "I've been in this business for over 20 years and I have not seen such fine, detailed work; ever. These guys definitely make the best cabinets". I don't think an unsolicited endorsement could be better. I liked them so much for my city apartment kitchen that when we moved to the suburbs, we used them again for an in house office build out. When we finalize our plans, they will be redoing our kitchen here too!

This is the second time I've used Dedham Cabinet to design, fabricate and install custom cabinetry in my home. Every part of the process including the quality of the finished product far exceeds my expectations. I can't imagine using another company for work like this. Wonderful job guys!

Hired them to reface my cabinets and they did an amazing job. They took my kitchen from a gaudy old school Italian kitchen with yellow antiques cabinets to an up-to-date modern kitchen with light grey shaker cabinets. Much better!

The cabinets are beautiful. The project manager Jack was wonderful to work with. I wish we had more guidance with the design. I was concentrating on the esthetics and should have concentrated more on the functionality. The cabinets are great quality and they look great but, the layout could have been better. I would definitely use them again for the quality of the finished project. I would have preferred knowing ahead of time that workers would be there on the weekends. But, these are questions I would know to ask in the future.
