Hands down, DeLorenzo Contracting is who you should call if you're looking for a contractor. They are honest, reliable and provide superior service. The level of communication blew me away, pricing was very reasonable. The work that you'll never see (behind the tile, drywall, flooring) was meticulous, AND my new bathroom looks like it belongs in a magazine. I can't wait to have them come back for the next project!

Dan's crew came prepared. They had wooden pilasters made for the job and hand-built the side windows on site. They were so organized they had to stop to let the paint dry.

Rob and Julie are amazing! Their assistance, guidance and workmanship in completely transforming our 70 year old kitchen has been nothing short of a miracle. Thank you both for your devotion to this project. Rob is a perfectionist that made sure that all of the issues were addressed concerning the wall to ceiling inconsistencies, the ancient plumbing and the old electrical wiring with knowledge and expertise. Julie is a powerhouse that gets things done! She kept this project moving with her amazing coordination skills. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for any indoor home project.

We recently contracted with R. DeLorenzo Contracting to remove & replace the ceramic tile floor in our entry foyer, and to paint the foyer and family room. I'm a lifelong DIY-er, and tend to be critical of work done by others, but they listened to all of our concerns, and everything they did is top quality. The tile & grout all looks perfect, with no uneven edges, joints, etc. The painting is all neatly done, with edges crisp & clean. Equally important to us, all of their workers were clean, friendly & polite, and cleaned up everything each day when they were finished. It's also worthwhile to note that all work was started when promised, and completed ahead of schedule. We have a few more projects planned for our home, and expect to have them done by this company.

Julie and Rob were an absolute pleasure to work with! From our initial meeting through completion , it was a pleasant collaborative effort. Rob's technical knowledge and recommendations made it easy to make good decisions. He is able to envision the completed project and provides guidance along the way to get you to the desired outcome. Julie's contacts and prior experience in working with vendors was crucial in getting things done. She followed up to schedule the contractors and inspectors to keep the job on time. They were both very helpful in making design decisions too which was very helpful and reassuring! I am thrilled with the final outcome of my masterbath. I get many compliments and without hesitation, I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project!

DeLorenzo Contracting LLC - Interior Home Painting & Molding Installation Job We hired DeLorenzo Contracting to paint our living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, and stairwell along with removing, replacing, and painting all the floor, window, and doorway molding. Our home was built in 1973, so the drywall was installed with nails instead of screws. Prior to painting, all of the walls were secured with drywall screws, most of the nail pops were hammered in, and then there was lot of spackling and sanding. The whole project took a day over two weeks which was within their estimate of two and a half weeks. The end result was great. Replacing the old, beat up molding and finally putting color on the walls has dramatically improved the look, and feel of our home. Rob and Julie DeLorenzo were very responsive and personable to work with. They both came to the house to discuss the work and get to know you. The estimate was documented in an official quote which becomes the contract. The language in the contract protects both the customer and DeLorenzo Contracting. I prefer this level of professional transaction. Rob and a fellow carpenter removed and replaced the molding in two days. They were very efficient and clean. Rob had no problem with taking me to Home Depot to weed through many lengths of door molding to find ones that met my quality standards. They subcontracted the wall repair and painting to Dan Limone Painting & Restoration. He too came to our home to discuss the work and size up the job. Mr. Limone does not do the work himself, but he leaves a very experienced person to do the work. He put in about 1000 dry wall screws and managed to get 99% of the nail pops! This took over a week including the spackling and sanding. He caulked the tops of the molding and cleaned up the miter joints before painting the molding followed by the walls. A second person helped by roller painting the walls. His roller skills were careless, and we had to tell him to go back over the areas he painted to spread out the globs of paint. The experienced painter who performed the majority of the work was very skilled. He painted the bedroom doors without leaving any brush or roller patterns. After the painting was complete, we only needed minor touch ups on the walls, and straight edges repainted between the door molding and walls. Mr. Limone had no problem returning to satisfy our requests and it all came out great in the end. Both the DeLorenzos and Mr. Limone are very focused on customer satisfaction. We will definitely work with them again on future projects.

I hired R. DeLorenzo originally for what I referred to as Phase 1; which included re-doing Dining Room, Living Room, Foyer and Kitchen area walls. Due to the excellent work performed; we added a complete revamp of my Powder Room and other areas of the house. Rob and his team are great to work with; not only are they perfectionists and strive to ensure all the decisions/options made only further enhanced the work that was done I'm already planning Phase 3 of further improvements and Rob will be the only one I call. I have complete trust in this work.
