Diamond Homes was a life saver for my wife and I. Before we knew about Diamond Homes, we were going to get a Saratoga home in Horizon City, TX 2 years prior. Our inspector found many problems with the roof and recommended not to buy until those repairs were made. These were not cosmetic issues. We did not like the response we received from them so we did not buy the home. We then decided to buy a custom home. We went with Desert Agave. We were going to get a home built in Horizon City, TX. From the start I noticed that they took about 2 months just to start the foundation. Communication with Desert Agave proved very difficult and I had to waste gas and go to them. The owner or their staff was never available to answer our concerns. The project was to be 6 months and it turned into a year and our home was still not finished. When we finally did the walk thru, there was many issues with the home. We were told they would not fix anything. We had to buy the home as is. I am sorry but buying a new home should be just that....look new and everything work. We lost $14,000 on the upgrades we wanted. We never saw that money. After much thought we dropped them and decided to look around in El Paso. We finally came across some Diamond Homes and fell in love with them right away. We looked and 2 model homes and then they showed us third that was everything we wanted and needed. The layout was perfect. We were very hesitant at first because of our prior experiences. My wife and I decided to be very forward and up front with them. We put Diamond Home at a very high standard and we were not going to accept any less. Since day 1 of building our home everything went as planned. Everything they had promised us they delivered. Communication was excellent. I was always able to contact someone and they would answer. If I had a missed call, they would call back. This was something we were not used to. Everyone of their staff was very professional, competent, and willing to help with any issues or questions we had. They gave us a completion date and our house was finished when promised. The foreman Juan is very helpful and he answers his calls. He ensures all projects are completed on time and done the right way. My wife and I are extremely happy with our home. We constantly receive many compliments from our family and friends. They always say how beautiful our home is. If you are looking for a custom home that looks very modern and luxurious, I strongly recommend Diamond Homes. You will not be disappointed. This company is top notch. They are professional from the ground up. Communication is excellent. They do what they say and much much more. Thank you Diamond Homes for making our dream home.

I absolutely love everything about my Diamond Home. It has a beautiful curb appeal. It is spacious inside and has no wasted space. The stone accents bring out the colors of the home and go well together. The quality of the home is noticed thru-out. This home stands out from the rest once you drive up our street, the stone accents and stamped concrete really make Diamond Homes stand out. I love that the "upgrades" other builders charge are standard with Diamond Homes. This home is well built and we have never had any problems with customer service. Everyone at Diamond Homes, LLC. is wonderful and helpful. We will definitely be buying another home from them soon.

Diamond Homes built my home between November 2012 and April 2013. It was a custom design loosely based on one of their previously constructed plans. The customer service was excellent from the design phase all the way through construction and completion. The overall quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent from frame right down to the painting of the trim and stacked rock accents. Every aspect of the project was handled directly or overseen by Diamond Homes and I would highly recommend their company for any remodeling or home building projects!
