My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our project with DJL came in way behind schedule and over budget. I understand this happens in home remodels but all the excuses became tiresome. Several change orders were issued without being approved first. Communication became unbearable towards the end of our project, and several subcontractors directly contacted us about not being paid. It did not make for a professional experience. I would not recommend their services.

Our project consisted of an addition to our home and a complete renovation of the existing interior and exterior. DJL Builders exceeded our expectations! DJL builders delivered great quality and craftmanship. Most importantly on time and to the project budget. Our family lived at the house during the project, the entire team made it seamless for us and our 3 young children. Everyone was fantastic to work with over the last 8 months. Dave and Dave Jr. are honest, reliable, respectful, community-oriented, and get the job done right. The transformation is truly amazing and we finally have our dream home! Joyce

Performed a Kitchen and bath remodel. New cabinets, counter tops, fixtures and revised lighting. We were very pleased with DJL's planning, materials, and professionalim. Highly recommended!
