Dave was excellent! He did some shots for a new real estate listing that I was the agent for. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable on staging to reflect the home's assets. The photos were used to preview the listing before an Open House and we had 22 interested buyers at the Open House! What a success! No doubt the pictures helped sell the house. My clients were happy with this outcome and said Dave was very easy to work with. Recommend fully!

Such a pleasure to work with a professional. Mr. Murray arrived exactly on time. He had a pleasant demeanor, and an extensive knowledge of real-estate marketing. Because of this, and an excellent eye for composition and color, he succeed in providing us with excellent photographs. He took a full two hours shooting, asking questions, up on ladders, crouching on the floor, backed into a corner, anything to get the best shot. He obviously spent time after with the raw footage, when finished the photos we received from him were color appropriate, clear well lit, and grasped the lovely nature of our house, showing it off to the fullest. The photos were taken Wednesday, within 24 hours an email with the completed pictures was in my mailbox. scheduling with him was easy and he was able to accommodate our schedule perfectly. Well worth the time, effort, and money!

As a Realtor I had noticed how a home I was negotiating on recently had the most spectacular photos of the home that really stood out. I see many photos when looking at homes for my clients on the MLS. This particular homes photos really really took my eye. I said to the agent that was representing the seller, your photos are awesome did you take them. He said no, and told me about Dave who did take them.. I said please give me his number. That very day, I called and hired him immediately to do a shoot for one of the homes I have listed. He is the best by far. I have done my own photos and have used other professional photographers. He is the superstar of photographers for any home you want to shine. He brings ladders, tripods and is very passionate about his work. He stays for a couple of hours to get the perfect angle and result. His fee is reasonable compared to other real estate photographers but his work exceeds in quality. I will definitely be using him again.

Dave was very prompt with his appointment and with the photos. I downloaded the images the same day as the appointment. He was very knowledgable and experienced with interior photography. I wanted the photographs to look like an editorial in a home magazine and I knew my shop would be challenging because of the dark interiors and the harsh light from outside but the result was extraordiarlly even. I was really happy with the results!

Dave did a wonderful job photographing many real estate listings from the smallest starter bungalow , larger family size homes to my most recent high end luxury properties with detailed architectural features. Dave always shows up on time (very important to me) and is very respectful to the home sellers. He views the home with an artist's eye and takes the time needed to get each room looking it's very best. The images he produces are very professional and of the highest quality. Turn around time is very quick with images usually ready the next day. I highly recommend Dave to anyone searching for the highest caliber work at a reasonable cost.
