Dream Makers Landscape

I have engaged Dream Makers for two large outdoor living space projects at two homes I have owned in the Denver area. In both instances, they have done a great job with designing the possibilities for my space. The first project was a covered patio and entryway on the front of my house in 2010. For this project, Dream Makers was able to complete the project on time and on budget. They even came back to level out some pavers that had settled months later. For this project, I would give them the highest rating. My most recent project is an addition to my home of an A-frame with a fireplace and this project is still underway as of February 2023, but nearing completion and the addition to my home will make outdoor living possible in a space that was otherwise under-utilized. Dream Makers has worked hard to keep my current project moving, but they are way behind schedule. Initially, the project was estimated to take 8-10 weeks. It has currently been over 6 months and we are still not completed. Some of this has to do with materials availability, but the timeline has been frustrating. The end result will certainly be worth it. In my experience with Dream Makers over the past 13 years, I have seen them move towards more high-end projects in recent years and their competition in the Denver area market is DesignScapes and Designs by Sundown. When I began my project, I contacted each company and I was ignored by one of the competitors and the other one told me that my project would require $8,500-$15,000 up front just for a consultation and plans... Dream Makers, on the other hand was happy to communicate with me and work with me over a long period of time to design the right high-end landscaping and outdoor living space for my home.

This is the 2nd time we've used Dream Makers Landscape. We couldn't be happier with our back yard we just had put in! Joe, Tanner, and all the worker's are great to work with! We love the reliability and that we can just depend on them to get the job done without any problems. The worker's are courteous and work quickly and efficiently. Joe has been great to satisfy all of our wants and needs for our landscaping. We really appreciate Dream Makers Landscape and are glad to have a reliable, trustworthy landscaper for our projects. Testimonial: We contracted with Dream Makers to have a fenced in pool, patio, and pergola built off the deck we already had. They immediately jumped on the project; had the computerized drawings to us within a week; started and finished the project when they said they would; except for Sundays and holidays always had from 3 to 10 or more people out working every day for the three months it took to complete; and they were responsive to our concerns and changes. It turned out better than we could have imagined and we couldn't be happier. They were a pleasure to work with and we would without question or equivocation use them again.

Dream Makers Landscape replaced our front porch and side walk in front of our house and put in a new patio which connected to the front walk. They used pavers for the whole installation and it looks lovely. The quality of work was good. The design was good. My only problem was with the pricing and trying to get the credit for the $300.00 design fee which was supposed to be credited to the job.

We took each bid very seriously when we starting thinking of a pool and outdoor kitchen for our back yard. We decided to go with Dream Makers because of their creative design work, professionalism and their estimated time for completion of project. Every step of the way they helped us and asked what else they could do to make the process easier for us. We ended up doing much more (front yard and driveway/walkway) because we were so pleased with their work. I loved having a full crew on site doing the work without multiple subs. We feel like we are on vacation at our own house. It's been a dream come true.

My wife and I couldn't be more thrilled about our new back yard. Dream Makers was great to work with and we definitely give two thumbs up. With a tight timeline for needing a completely renovated back yard, Dream makers wowed us with coming in and getting everything done well ahead of what we ever expected. The workers were courteous and hard working and the project manager was great to work with. We were impressed by his coming out to check on things daily and for staying in close touch with us throughout the project. Our new yard looks great and we give Dream Makers an A+.

We hired Dream Makers to construct a pool for our back yard. From the first meeting they were extremely professional and did a great job of listening to our design requests. They would come back to us with detailed computer animated drawings that really helped us see what the project would look like. We could tell they were very experienced as they would throw in a few design ideas of their own based on what they had seen work for other customers. No request was too big for them to handle and every part of the project was handled with efficiency and open communication. We were amazed at how much work they could get done in a day! Based on their excellent work on the initial pool project we also hired them to landscape our entire back yard and install a paver driveway. We have never paid contractor this much money and truly enjoyed seeing them at the end of the project! This company is outstanding and continues to immediately respond to requests when a repair is needed. We have never hired a better team than Dream Makers.

When we bought our house in Cherry Hills last year we knew that in addition to the work we needed to do on the inside, we also had A LOT of work to do on the outside. Dream Makers was wonderful...we met on site, they drafted plans and we, basically, re-did the entire yard. From the outdoor kitchen to the patio and fireplace and columns and lights at the end of the driveway, Dream Makers was a pleasure to work with. They drafted plans, changed plans in the field based on my requests, and the result was a yard, both front and back, that is an absolute dream!!
