The manager Todd was knowledgeable about hot tubs and did a great job helping with choosing which tub was right for me but the following is why I feel they only deserve one star. 1. They sell you a “package deal” with the accessories you choose so all of the money on the invoice is under the hot tub. The accessories are listed but marked as no charge so if you do not want any of the items you can return them but cannot get any money back if you return them even though they could still sell them and get money for them. 2. While making my decision on a tub and finalizing stuff I told them my deck was tall and gave them measurements and the people that do the delivery were there and the salesman Todd and I spoke with them and they said it would be no problem to get it up to that height deck but would just need 4 guys. Once they finally called to set up delivery they said I would need a crane at my expense to get the hot tub on my deck. I can understand for larger tubs this is the case but I got a smaller 3 person tub and they assured me I wouldn’t need anything like this. I feel I was lied to just so I would sign off on getting the hot tub. So finally I decided to just pick the hot tub up myself and get it in place to avoid these people lying to me and their poor customer service anymore. I picked my hot tub up and it was in place and being filled with water by me and a couple of friends within an hour. 2. Also I was told I would be called that same day to get my delivery set up. I didn’t get a call for 4 days and that was only after I sent two emails and called twice to see why nobody had called me like I was told. I would not recommend a company that lies and makes false promises to anyone.

I had a Fiberglass pool installed. Derek Glasser came out and gave me a consult and estimate. He came back 3 or 4 times again to fit the exact size and shape I was considering. I was on the fence about a liner pool. After talking to Derek I went with the Fiberglass pool. I am so happy that I went with this type pool. Ashley Welty that works in the office to East Coast Leisure Pools is great! She answered many of my questions regarding this big project. I still call and ask questions and they are there to answer for me. The biggest attraction was that East Coast Leisure has been around for 30+ years. Many of my friends that had pools put in the past said that their contractor or pool company no longer exists and they are out of business. I love that I can pick up the phone and call them whenever I need assistance and they are local and will come by as well. I am planning to purchase a hot tub/spa from them soon.

Just enjoyed our first season with our 14X30 in ground fiberglass pool. Derek was super patient and helpful during the months of planning and I couldn't have asked for anything more from him during the process. He was quick and responsive to my questions and sometimes needless worries. I really appreciated everything he did to make the experience as smooth as possible. Ashley & Ross were both terrific in addressing our needs and concerns after the pool was in as well. They all make a great solid team.

From the moment we met the folks at East Coast Liesure until project completion and now ongoing support, chemicals, etc., everything has gone great and the project was flawless. Derek, Ashley and the whole team know their business and do it well. Our pool was completed just in time for summer and the pool made it one or our best summers ever. I'd definitely recommend East Coast Liesure to anyone interested in a turnkey installation like ours. Our pool is an in-ground fiberglass 10' x 20' model in a 'kidney bean' shape with a heater. It has been a great experience overall.

East Coast Leisure installed our in-ground fiberglass salt water pool two year ago. We could not be happier with the results. They are extremely professional, budget conscious, and helpful with any question or concern. We went through interviews with several pool companies before deciding to use East Coast Leisure. We could not be happier with the results. The office staff and service people are great to work with.

East cost did a very good job from start to finish. Installers were excellent. Like the extras, like controlling the pool from my phone, lights, heater and pump. Ashley does a very good job in follow up on any request. I have already and will continue to recommend this company.

Recently wrapped up our first summer with our In ground, salt-water, fiberglass pool installed by the terrific craftsmans at East Coast Leisure out of Virginia Beach, VA. From the initial consultation, installation process, opening, and follow up, Derek and his team were responsive, honest, patient, and professional. Ross was quick to calm all our fears as first time pool owners and Ashley, the office administrator, consistently kept us informed of schedule dates. Great product and great service at a very reasonable cost by an exceptional team.

It has been my great pleasure to do business with East Coast Leisure. The friendly, professional customer service is beyond a "5". I bought my outdoor furniture in April of 2015 and no matter who I talked to, everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend this company.
