Excited that there will now be a local Los Angeles showroom (soon) to view, touch, order and work with many unique stone pieces & staff for many creative avenues ! The stone product & the Eco team are my first thoughts and part of my step 1 as a new project comes forward. I was fortunate to find and work with Eco Outdoor on a large residential exterior project in Santa Monica and now, collaborating with the team on a few other interesting sites for hardscape development. Right from the beginning, my experience with the Eco Outdoor sales & design team was so positive - they made sure I was informed, supplied with samples, offered ample time on the project site thru design development, delivery & installation stages and came by for a walk/talk after a successful & well received completion. My experience has been one that I am confident in knowing, I will find & be excited by the stones, and that there is always a choice for the right client budget and planned appeal. I am always able to offer something beyond the expected range of standard options or that has been recently seen at other houses in town. Their sources and quality are as good as their customer service and shared knowledge. And from the client end, Eco exhibits a strong connection, steady relationship, availability and will stand behind everyone involved from offering installers details on needed products & technique, samples in various sizes to understand optional finishes and color and the rare nature of having friends in the business.
