Remodeling can be overwhelming on so many levels. Erica's knowledge, experience, talent and personality made the process much easier and less stressful. Our main projects were our three bathrooms; specifically the primary bathroom, which required a major overhaul. Her designs and expertise made it easy to decide which plan would work for us. We spent an afternoon selecting the plumbing, sinks, hardware, etc. She also selected some tile samples, which she brought to our home. Loved all her selections. We also had our floors and ceilings refinished on the main level. New light fixtures in most rooms, fresh paint, along with a tile backsplash installed in the kitchen. We had been searching for a contractor/designer for well over a year, with not much luck. We got to know Erica and Core Design Build (contractor), when they were working in our neighborhood. They have remodeled a number of units in our complex with beauiful results. They are a great team and take pride in their work. We appreciate they're attention to detail and do not cut corners. We highly recommend Erica. We enjoyed working with her.

Erica Olson was a fabulous partner for my downstairs remodel. We opened the main living area and kitchen. Erica recommended the perfect kitchen backsplash tile and countertop. The light fixtures and ceiling fans, as well as the oak floor stain really tie the space together. She was critical in the cabinet selection and customization. I recommended her to friends and will work with her again on my next project.

We've loved working with Erica and have done so multiple times over the past couple of years. We plan to work with her for all future projects as well. She is very easy to talk to and listens closely to how we want to use the space in our home and how we want that space to feel. I appreciate that she takes her time (and allows us to do the same) and lets our conversations percolate before coming back to us with her ideas. When paint or carpet sample are involved, our previous conversation is always reflected in the samples she brings. Erica is also able to blend practical needs (like what it means to live with two kids and a dog) with our desire to have a home that feels "put together." She's scoured the internet and met us in person to look at rugs and, again, I've never felt rushed to make a decision or to choose something simply because she's worked hard to find it. Finally, she's offered to help with logistics, including being at our house to let people in and/or check on their work, when we can't be there. It's always a pleasure to be with her and then get to share the results of her hard work. We can't wait to work on our next project with her!

Erica was a wonderful design partner for me. She helped me update the lower level of my home. She is friendly, easy to work with, and a great project manager! Her associates were tremendous and did outstanding work. I appreciate that she kept my project on track and on budget. I recommend Erica to anyone needing a creative, excellent project manager.

Thanks to Erica, our new space is incredible! She took our family's needs and created a design that is above and beyond what we imagined.
