We hired Eric to do a complete remodel of our mid-century house in Montecito. He came highly recommended from previous clients. We were very happy with the end result. Everything came out absolutely gorgeous. We live in Palm Springs, and we really appreciated how Eric kept us informed with emails and pictures as to what was being done at every juncture. He and his sub-contractore are all highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of work was evident in every aspect of the project. We highly recommend EB Knight Contractor.

Eric was the perfect fit for our home addition project. He was professional, a great communicator, and saved us from making so many costly mistakes. Our project moved along at a consistent pace, we were always in the loop about the budget, he helped guide us on decision making, and most importantly - the quality of the work done was great. He's also very well respected by the construction community and sub-contractors that were doing the work. Doing a home addition or any kind of construction project (especially if you're living in the home) is a stressful thing for a family to take on, but Eric has done this kind of thing so many times that he was prepared for what was coming up, things we should avoid, and how to make sure we ended up with an end result that we loved. Eric remodeled an apartment for us, and his work, price, and efficiency were superb. Although our project was relatively small, Eric gave full attention to it, with hands-on management of his subs and quick responses to our requests and questions. The quality of the work was excellent, and we definitely will use his services in the future.

Awesome job, great to work with. Eric was the only contractor that came with ideas and options when asked. He did a computer (CAD) mock up that really help visualize the changes and the impact. We are kind of particular about quality and having dealt with other contractors in the past that disappointed us, it was definitely nice to see that each job from painting, to pavers, to flagstone, electrical, and framing all exceeded my expectations and satisfaction. Eric also made the permitting and administration process seamless, which can be nerve racking. Overall, we felt that Eric had everything 100% under control and we really did not worry about anything, he took care of it and was on site everyday (6 month project), kept us fully informed. There is a tremendous value in having this confidence and quality, don't discount this by hiring the lowest bidder who will then do change orders that will end up costing you more and be disappointed in the quality. Just hire Eric and you will be happy, seriously.

Eric was great to work with. He helped with the design of our master bathroom and walk in closet, completing rearranging the original floor plan of the room. He had excellent suggestions during the design process. He stayed with in the boundaries of our timeline and budget. The subcontractors that he worked with were all professional, considerate and conscientious in their work. We would recommend Eric and would use him again in the future.

We loved working with EB Knight Construction. He is currently doing our kitchen remodel and we hired him because he was so great on our last project. At that time, he helped us build a new outdoor patio that included building a stucco retaining wall, dropping our electrical underground, dealing with drainage and laying flagstone. Eric has helped us maximize our budget with coming up with creative solutions. Both Eric and his crew are professional, good communicators, punctual, and do high quality work. You can tell they take pride in their work and are very conscientious. I have recommended EB Knight to friends who also love working with him. Eric is very experienced and knowledgeable which was apparent in the work he did for me building shelves for my office. He took my work request and gave great ideas that I did not even think about and incorporated into the final plan. He was honest, straight forward, professional, and pleasant to work with and would recommend him to anyone.

Eric completed a 750 sq foot addition to or home. We are extremely happy with the final build and very much enjoyed working with him and his crew over the entire project. Eric is very professional, courteous and always performed to the cost he quoted without sacrifice of quality. Additionally, a number of his subcontractors are long time affiliates and obviously hold Eric in high regard. We were recommended to Eric for a build he did for my in laws 20 years ago so he is certainly an experienced builder.
