The Hunter Douglas $700.00 blind purchased from this store failed in less than four years. First the handle broke off after two years and than the balance failed. Wanted to return the item to the Plymouth store which is one mile away for service but was told it had to go to the Ann Arbor store which is an inconvenience.

Esquire Interiors installed new carpeting in our upstairs hallways and bedrooms. Thanks to Lori and Tiffany, the project ran smoothly from beginning to end. They recommended an excellent contractor (C&Q Painting) to paint the walls and ceilings prior to the carpet installation. The carpeting crew, Jim and Tim, took great care in removing the doors, moving the furniture, taking up the old carpet and laying down the new! It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We recommend Esquire Interiors without reservation.

It started out amazing. The consultation was perfect and even though there was an error and the wrong mechanisms were installed they came out and reinstalled. But I am terribly disappointed in the end product. The functionality of the shades are certainly not what I experienced in the show room. They roll up uneven, do not stay in place and they drift up. They look amazing but frankly the shades I installed myself in my rental property from off the shelf at home depot work 100 times better. I have contacted them and I am hopeful that once they come back out again and install weights at the bottom this will at least make using them enjoyable.

Esquire Interiors is the only place I will buy Hunter Douglas blinds. Over the years I have purchased and have had installed several styles of blinds from Esquire. They are always professional, courteous and provide a level of customer service that exceeds expectations.

The talented Designers of Esquire Interiors transformed my house into a beautiful, and warm home! At the completion of my house construction, I turned to Esquire Interiors to help me choose the final, and most important furnishings. Working closely with the design team I selected flooring, tile, and window treatments that years later I still absolutely love. In working with the Designers they gave me the confidence to venture out of my “safe zone” of choosing all neutral finishes, resulting in a beautiful and unique décor that still 10 years later has a timeless look. Most recently I called on Esquire Interiors to design and install backsplashes for my kitchen and laundry room which turned out gorgeous! My current project includes replacing the furniture in my family room. The Esquire Interior Designers helped me choose a sofa that will be durable, yet stylish. Wanting to be courageous in mixing colors, and patterns, we added throw pillows that will compliment my personal style and color schemes that will be easily updated over the years. Beyond providing an excellent design service, their installers have all done remarkable work while being courtesy and prompt. Before finding Esquire Interiors I fumbled with trying to make choices from sources that lacked experienced designers. It was overwhelming sorting through finishes hoping I would make the right decision that I would be happy with for the years to come. To sum up my experience with Esquire Interiors, they have been a “turnkey solution” ensuring that I made excellent choices in current, and long-term investment in my home.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Esquire. We had our house built in Dexter, Michigan and we needed blinds for our entire house. In our previous home, we had Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds and really wanted the same in our new house. After visiting the store we quickly found what we wanted but WOW were they expensive. We had no idea! Pam worked with us on several occasions (we were THOSE annoying people without an appointment) and we were impressed by her knowledge and willingness to help. We had a budget and she worked diligently to get us as close to that budget as possible while still giving us what we wanted. We had overspent on many things (as we all do) in our house and were trying to cut corners on the blinds but still looking for quality. Pam never treated us as if we were a nuisance even though we kept asking for a new quote to fit into our budget. We got exactly what we wanted and were very happy with the quality. When it came to installation, the blinds were installed as soon as they arrived. Mark was ready to install before we expected and extremely professional. On a side note...he got down to greet and get to know our dog before getting to work. Even our dog was impressed! Mark installed an entire house in the blink of an eye and we hardly even know he was there. He was in and out of a new house install in less than two hours! Overall, I would recommend Esquire to everyone. We didn't realize this at the time but they also have tile, flooring, wall coverings and fabrics. The service and knowledge is above all. It's a little pricey Remember when you purchase blinds they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I love the fact that we don't have to worry about fixing our blinds if anything goes south. My husband and I have worked with Esquire Interiors on several projects at our home and we've had a great experience every time! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful when it came to choosing our flooring and the materials for our bathroom remodel. The installers were also very respectful of our home and were thoughtful enough to put down drop clothes and take their shoes off every time they entered our home. We would definitely recommend Esquire to our friends and family and we'll definitely be back for our next home project!

Our family purchased a 1984 44' Wellcraft Californian Boat, which had previously been owned by chain smokers. The problem was so bad most of the windows could not even be opened. Esquire Interiors of Ann Arbor was recommended to us by someone who had used them in the past for boat interiors. The owner of the Company actually came out to South Haven to inspect and quote the job which was 4 hours round trip from their offices! He identified the source of the smoke orders and suggested changes. We are thrilled with our new custom carpet, drapes, matching berth covers and more. I don't know how they did it, but the changes TRANSFORMED our live aboard boat. Thanks Esquire Interiors for helping make our dream come true!

Window treatments have always been the most trying for me. Hard to please. I fell in love with a look they displayed on their showroom floor. Owners, both Ted and Pam were so easy to work with and down to earth. Their tastes impeccable. And workmanship, installation and follow up from all those involved is what I've been looking for over the years. In addition, they made it happen within my desired short term timeframe prior to the holidays. An unexpected delight. Kudos.
