Eubank Design Concepts has been an invaluable asset to our business and personal design needs. Carol brings her years of experience to every project small or large. She is very creative and always deliver on time and on budget. Recently she helped us with a renovation project that we are currently working on.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Carol over the past 20 years. Carol has an excellent ability to be able to hear my hopes and thoughts for possible changes in my home and to visualize the possibilities and come up with a design and plan that any and I am totally thrilled with. She is able to look at a space and share her thoughts on remodeling, paint choices, furniture selection, lighting aspects, and is faithful at following through until the space has been redesigned. Carol is well respected by area builders and contractors as well as online suppliers and shops. She quickly gets back to me regarding painting samples and drawings of the possible changes as well as giving me resources and links of places that I can go to to look at some of her ideas. I love how she stays within my home style that I am going for yet is able to update it and make it much better than I could’ve ever hoped or imagined. Her eye for color and design is exceptional and I could’ve added 100 photos of the changes she has helped me to make in my home. I plan on continuing to use her multiple times in the future, to improve and beautify my home. Included are just a few before and after photos of two projects she has worked with us on in the last few months.

Carol is perfect for anyone in the midst of a major renovation or construction project who is in the process of selecting materials for their new home, or someone who is just looking for a little bit of help to put the perfect finishing touches on their existing space. I first started working with Carol during a major home renovation. Most of the major parts of the re-model were figured out, but there were still some large gaps from overall layout to selecting fixtures, aesthetics, etc. Carol walked into a gutted master-bathroom (taken down to the studs) and in about 10 minutes using a pad and paper redesigned the entire space into a masterful perfection. Throughout the renovation, she lent her expertise, experience, and trained eyes in selecting everything from flooring, tile selection, counter-tops, lighting, fixtures, etc and created a wonderful new home. She knew what budget she had to work with and was able to provide us with lots of options. She is incredibly attune to the needs and tastes of her clients, yet isn't afraid to gently suggest an alternative if she thinks there might be a better choice. After the renovation, Carol has been a huge help in decorating children's bedrooms and other spaces, again working within the confines of a limited budget yet producing beautiful results. Carol is responsive, punctual, and thorough- just great to work with. She saved me time, headaches, and lots of money I would have spent on overpriced or impractical material/decorations. If you're in need of a decorator/designer, you will not regret going with Eubank Design Concepts.

Carol has been a true blessing to my husband and myself as we have settled in a new home in Tidewater. She has a great eye and takes her time assisting you with the large and small decisions---to make your home not only beautiful but truly a space you can call your own. I highly recommend her for her knowledge and wisdom as you navigate home projects.

Let me start by saying that Carol Eubank was an answer to a prayer! I own an 80's contemporary house that needed a complete master bath renovation. Having no clue where to even begin this process, I turned to Eubank Design Concepts for help. Meeting Carol for the first time was like running into an old friend. Carol set me at ease and we connected instantly. As Carol listened to my ideas, she sketched out a beautiful concept drawing that I fell in love with. Keeping my budget in mind, Carol took me shopping for tile and helped me choose my bathroom fixtures. This made what could have been an overwhelming experience, simple and enjoyable instead. I appreciated that Carol knew about the demolition phase and construction phases of my bathroom remodel and was always available to answer my questions, collaborate with my contractor and make suggestions every step of the way. Carol did a wonderful job helping us pick out colors and finishes for our new office space. She has great attention to detail and immediately helped ease my stress with her eye for design. I have never had experience doing an office buildout and was quite overwhelmed by the process but Carol is very familiar with commercial design and was able to give sound guidance as well as point me in the direction of numerous other vendors we needed throughout the process. We now have a beautiful office space with beautiful furnishings. She also pointed me in the direction of a company who was able to put our logo on the wall and it looks gorgeous. We are near the completion of the rehab a 50 year old house in a wonderful waterfront location. The house had deferred maintenance, design issues and needed a complete makeover. We have replaced all the windows, patio doors and conventional doors. We have replaced all the flooring, all the components of every bathroom (vanities, bath tubs, flooring, sinks and toilets). Carol Eubank chose all of these items and even redesigned the master bathroom layout significantly improving its appearance and functionality. Carol met with the sales rep at Ethan Allen so she could see the color scheme of the furniture so she could choose interior wall paint colors to enhance the furniture' appearance. Carol was a huge help in choosing the stone surrounds for the fireplaces, the kitchen cabinets and countertops, all the lighting throughout, wall finishes, etc. I am a CPA and own a business so I had neither the creative ability nor the time needed to complete all of this work. Carol was always on time, very organized in maintaining a file of all items selected and has excellent taste. I highly recommend Carol and I'm sure the Ethan Allen sales consultant would as well.
