At Eubank Design Concepts, we love a creative challenge—and this project tested every inch of our design savvy in the best way possible.

Our mission was to transform the first floor of this oceanfront home into a fully functional, beach-inspired entertainment space. And in the most compact footprint we’ve ever worked with, we managed to fit:

? A prep sink with integrated accessories
? Pull-down bar faucet, soap dispenser + @everpure_water_filters water filtration
? Dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and ice machine
? Beverage center + full refrigerator
? Two pull-out trash receptacles

All seamlessly tucked into cabinetry that soars to 10 feet, maximizing storage and visual impact. The cabinets are finished in a stunning ocean blue— Sherwin Williams “Aqua Sphere”—paired with “Sandstorm” quartz counters and a vertical backsplash inspired by Hawaiian waterfalls. Champagne bronze hardware brings a warm, elegant finish.

To round out the space, we flanked a double window with 10’ built-in bookcases, stocked with books, games, and movies—ready for cozy family nights and lively gatherings.

This project is proof that even the smallest spaces can make a big impact—with the right design.
