They masterfully coordinated every detail from start to finish and were so helpful creating a cohesive design that worked for our home and lifestyle. I highly recommend them for any home project!

Eisenbrandt Companies is truly an amazing company to work with. We are so happy with the projects that completed on Irvine's property. In addition to being reasonably priced, the whole team was easy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, always took the time to explain each step of the process during construction and went above and beyond to get our team answers. Eisenbrandt Companies helped us remodel our outdated townhome into an updated and beautiful home! The design team helped us pick out new flooring and design a master bathroom of our dreams. They gave us a clear timeline and worked efficiently and affectively to have everything completed to the best standards. After researching and interviewing several contractors, we liked Fritz Eisenbrandt's careful listening and genuine interest in our vision for a nearly whole-house renovation and addition. Now, more than a year after completion, we are still thrilled with the transformation of our home into the space that we always dreamed of. Of course, there were many challenges--and costs always seem to spiral--but I believe that is the case with any major project and any contractor. We were very closely involved with the selection of materials, and Eisenbrandt worked with us in trying to keep costs down as much as possible without sacrificing quality (trust me, we are very budget conscious). We also can't say enough about Josh (project lead), Kelly (procurement), Ben (site manager/foreman), and Jason (carpenter). All are very kind, patient, and committed to customer satisfaction. Since completion, a few items have popped up that needed attention--touch-ups, adjustments, etc. Eisenbrandt has been extremely responsive. Of course, you don't engage in a project like this to make friends--it's business. But my wife and I do feel like we have a relationship with Eisenbrandt, and its team, that goes beyond the job. I feel like we will always be able to call them, for any issue that arises, and they will stand behind their work (and that of their subs). Yes, they use subs (who doesn't anymore?), but Ben and others were either on-site or in close contact almost every day of the seven months we worked with them. The only reason that I didn't give an extra star was because of misaligned expectations regarding budget when the project was bid. I think that Fritz is passionate about helping people to achieve their dream, and sometimes that enthusiasm may create unrealistic projections in terms of overall project cost. Also, Eisenbrandt adds a percentage markup to all of their costs (subs/materials), so things really add up quickly for the customer. Again, did our project go over budget? Yes. Were we frustrated at the time? Yes. Do we still love everything about our new house and think that basically it was well worth it---yes, yes! Bottomline, just make sure that you, and they, are are being as hyper-specific as possible about every aspect of the project and anticipated cost. Eisenbrandt is a reputable, fair-minded company and Fritz personally extended us a very generous gesture as part of our project. We would definitely recommend speaking with them to discuss your project. If you decide to proceed, you will be very pleased with the results.

We hired Eisenbrandt Companies for a total kitchen renovation. I told them about my dream kitchen and they made it real! I was so impressed from the very beginning of the process with the budget proposal meeting and initial kitchen rendering. It was wonderful being able to work with Carly, the kitchen designer, who lead me through the design process from the big decisions to the littlest details. The onsite team of Ben, Jason & John were professional, responsible and very conscientious. We were so pleased with the level of craftsmanship and the attention to detail throughout the renovation. The Eisenbrant team kept on the projected schedule and provided regular updates on the progress and execution of the plan. In addition to the full kitchen renovation they additionally moved our laundry upstairs and installed a new door that led to our garage, within the same time frame as the kitchen was projected. All in all we had a wonderful experience and plan to use Eisenbrandt Co. for all future home projections. I think the photos speak for themselves!

Fritz and his guys were great. They were professional and had patience with us through all the crazy questions. We have used Fritz for many of our projects from a master bath remodel to a new deck and everything in-between. They were on time will all the projects and Fritz is great with communication. He always kept us up to date and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their house.

Eisenbrandt Companies remodeled my master bathroom. The process was quick after I signed the contract with selections, plans, and demo. The were great with communication and updates. The finished product is amazing and I’m so glad I added a heated floor! They were very clean and attentive to details, and through in the blinds for free! Best of all, we came in under budget.

Fritz and his team at Eisenbrandt Companies recently did a full gut and renovation of my kitchen. I gave them an unrealistic, near impossible schedule to coincide with a 2 week family vacation. When I returned the finished product was outstanding and 99% complete, with just a few punch list items remaining. These items were quickly addressed. I highly recommend them!

Had a very underwhelming experience. Bathroom project exceeded budget by 80% and all major items need rework. Shower tile was put in wrong, ac vent was covered over, vanity sink was installed over an unfinished hole and the paint job was poor.

Having worked with Eisenbrandt Co. on several occasions they are an exceptional team. Very professional and brought innovative ideas to the table and executed them beautifully.
