Felice Woods Design

Katz Builders, Inc., has been building and remodeling luxury homes in Austin's most prestigious neighborhoods since 1984. We have had an opportunity to work with many designers. Our criteria is always that the designers not only have great style but must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, be willing to listen to the clients needs and wants (while staying within a budget) and meet our schedule deadlines. A concern homeowner have when retaining a designer is that, in the end, the home will be what the designer wants and not what the homeowner wants. Felice listens well to to our clients, provides them with terrific ideas and is great with follow through. The homes we have finished with Felice as a team member are beautifully appointed with details that make them special and unique to the owners. Both the Katz Team and our clients enjoy working with her. We look forward to working with Felice Woods Design again in the future.

Felice is wonderful! Prior to finding her, I had several other designers come to my house and I was struck by how little they had to say, during the walk through my house. They either had no design ideas, or they were not sharing their ideas. I had never worked with a designer before and, quite frankly, I was not impressed and had decided not to hire a designer at all. Then, I talked to Felice and decided to try once more. She walked in and immediately started making suggestions and sharing her design vision. What a relief!! She seemed genuinely excited about my project and that has carried through the entire job. I can honestly say that she has been a delight to work with. I have so much respect for her professionalism and organization and communication skills. Those skills are only eclipsed by her fabulous design skills! I recommend her wholeheartedly. I will never use any other designer.

Felice Woods Design is an excellent choice when considering a re-design or just a refreshed look. Felice designed our kitchen and master bathroom remodels. Both done in the time estimated and with as little disruption as possible. Felice make the job feel seamless!!
