“Sharon and the team at Calming Spaces are truly exceptional. This was my first remodeling project, and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results. My primary bathroom needed a complete overhaul, while my guest bathroom and kitchen were ready for some minor updates. Remodeling and decorating are definitely not my strengths, as I am easily overwhelmed by all the decisions regarding tile, paint colors, fixtures, and finishes. Sharon, Lisa, and Linda took the time to meet with me in my home, get to know my style and preferences, and create spaces that feel both beautiful and uniquely mine. The primary bathroom was the biggest transformation. It went from being a large, cold, dark space to a stunning retreat. Sharon's vision is exceptional. She recommended changes I never would have considered, and I'm so glad I trusted her expertise. One example was enlarging the shower. I never imagined how much joy a spacious shower could bring! She also has an incredible talent for blending beauty with functionality. Everything has a place, and all of my cosmetics are neatly hidden yet easily accessible. The construction crew was outstanding. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. There were no surprises with the timeline, and Sharon and Lisa kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates. Every morning I enjoy getting ready in a bathroom that's more beautiful than I ever imagined, and every evening I appreciate ending my day in a peaceful, luxurious space. My guest bathroom and kitchen are just as thoughtfully updated, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. “Bandd Design has worked on four houses for me. The first was a mess of a place. BD quickly turned over a vision and a plan resulting in a great outcome for our investors. We are 90% of the way through project #2 and we are headed towards a great outcome despite supply chain issues, labor issues, and other things out of BD/our control. We are below budget in terms of dollars and on time despite those issues! The other two are in the staring phase but so far so more than good!”
