My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It is a company dedicated to providing quality services to meet your budgetary and time constraints. Our primary office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, with affiliations in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Texas, and Washington State.

My family has enjoyed working with Forum Design. This was our first custom build so we had plenty of questions and required some hand-holding. Brian was very accommodating and explained every process completely and we honestly couldn't have pulled off such an amazing home without him. The Forum team has given us a lot of suggestions that have fine-tuned our vision. We quickly realized how much experience Brian had after he viewed our initial wish list. He has been very timely and kept communication channels flowing. Brian has taken this from initial drafting all the way through the permitting process and worked with many other trades along the way to help complete our plan packet. Brian Ahearn at Forum Design provided full drafting services for an 8088 sf remodel and addition design project for us and his drawings were approved the FIRST plan review through the Town of Queen Creek, amazing! Brian displayed very good verbal skills, communicated clearly and concisely during the building process of our home. Brian was very professional and patience. He was always available when we needed him and was very willing to give his suggested feedback to the numerous questions I had along the way. His written communications skills went way beyond the requirements of his position and he keep all other trade partners adequately informed of any changes that were taking place while our house was being built. Brian played an important role not only as an architect but we ended up with a friend. I still ask questions today and he’s always willing to help even 7 months later.
