We will be forever grateful for this team building our dream home in record time.. 7.5 months!!! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new custom build in central Virginia!

We had been wanting to build our dream home for years, and we did a ton of research on who was the best builder in our area. Once we came across FGB, we knew we found the right fit. They took our vision, and my giant checklist, and created a home that is even better than what we could have imagined. They have all of the technological tools needed in today's day and age from their home planning, virtual reality walk throughs, an app that keeps you informed of the day-to-day work being done from start to finish, and visual furniture placements. Not to mention, all of their team is knowledgable, responsive, respectful and hard-working. Not only are their builders and the staff great to work with, but they also offer Brittany Good and her interior design staff to help with the process along the way. I had very specific details and designs that I wanted to incorporate into our home and BGI didn't skip a beat. They were absolutely wonderful and made the process SO much less stressful because of their help and input. After living in the house for a few months, we also decided we wanted to finish a space above our garage and we didn't even hesitate to have FGB and their renovation team come to do the work. They, too, knew exactly what we wanted and made the vision come to life. They were hard working, kind, and knowledgable and got the work done in half the time that they said it would take. Talk about efficiency! We are beyond grateful for FGB and BGI. They made all of our dreams come true with our home that we will cherish for many, many years. We would 10/10 recommend!
