About Us

French-Brown is one of Dallas' top showrooms for wood floors and tile, including decorative ceramic, glass, stone, and concrete tile. Give us a call or visit our showroom at 7007 Greenville Avenue in Dallas. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 5:00. French-Brown is a family-owned business and was founded in 1952. We are proud to have second- and third-generation family members in the company today. We not only do work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but also all over the United States. Our installation and finish crews are known for their pride and expertise. French-Brown is a member of the World Floor Covering Association and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Wonderful company. Installers and Finish crew were punctual, polite and very talented. Management and support staff were helpful, responsive and honest. An excellent experience with great results. I highly recommend French Brown for all wood flooring needs.

A truly unique place to not only find the proper tile for your project, but, also receive the best in professional assistance. Their selection is one of the best...with various price points addressed as well as designs. French Brown has always been at the top of my list when I am doing a project that involves either tile or wood flooring. Simply the best!

French Brown has the reputation for being the best wood floor company in Dallas for good reason. They are in their second generation as a family owned business, They please the most discriminating clients and interior designers. They have a great variety of tile and brick floors.

I have worked with French Brown on numerous occasions over the past twenty plus years. The products that they carry are of exceptional quality and all beautifully detailed and stunning once installed into a project. I have worked with them on everything from flooring to custom designed tiles and have created stunning backsplashes with some unbelievable products. The people in the showroom are very knowledgeable, cooperative and respectful both of my clients and myself. As a professional designer, I rely on showroom staff to help with product, cost, availability and delivery. They have always been top notch and I look forward to working with them again on numerous projects.

We were so happy with French-Brown, it is such a relief to find experts in the field with impeccable customer service. My husband and I searched high for a company that could match our existing hand-scraped floors. Our friends told us to try French-Brown, we were very happy with the results, the new floors are spot on!
