“I purchased 1600 sqft of hardwood from Trinity floors at a great price. Initially I had sample at a different store and I ordered on phone. Victor helped me to get the material ASAP. When I opened the box, it had many shades in which lighter shades are not at all matching with my current wood. I had contractors coming next day and I was worried I would end up in a mess. At this point any company would have walked away but Victor worked with me to find the right match brought 50 boxes in his own van, made sure it matches my current wood and took away the old bundle. Not sure if company honors him for this great work but things like these wins customers. It's hard to find ppl like him these days. Thank you.”

“Felipe and Olga (dba Crescer Designs, LLC) became my contractors by default. I had tried several other contractors only to find for one reason or another they were unable or unwilling to take the job. That was the best thing that ever happened to me. They were very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. The plan they came up with for the space was genius. I couldn’t re-imagine the space though I had tried for years. They had a plan within days of evaluating things. Their plan improved traffic flows in the area and flawlessly incorporated another major renovation that we’d done 5 years prior. The job encompassed 1000 square feet of living space. It included a formal living room, a den and kitchen. The house was built in the 60’s. All these spaces were somewhat compartmentalized and had all the issues you find in a house built in that era. This greatly limited the functionality for everyday living as well as entertaining. The living room was rarely used as it was shut off from the other spaces. The kitchen was not functioning properly as the original design was no longer working and there was not enough storage. All those problems were addressed with their initial plan. They assessed the issues and made sure they were all addressed. The most amazing thing was the beautiful spice cabinet they built. I have a large number of spices and they were all over the place. I could spend 30 minutes looking for a spice. I now have all my spices organized in one place. That alone saves me a ton of time. They built beautiful cabinets for additional pantry space and a large peninsula that gives me a ton of workspace as well as eating space. There were other changes in addition to the kitchen. The fireplace in the den was redone to allow a TV above it, which gave the room one focal point. Olga selected the most beautiful granite for the fireplace. The entire area now has consistent hard wood flooring. We have new windows, new doors, added insulation all of which have improved energy efficiency. Felipe made recommendations in these areas when he deemed them beneficial. I cannot say enough about how great things turned out. It took a little longer than we expected but was well worth the wait. I have been functioning in the space for a couple of months and have found it to be extremely efficient. The paint colors, lighting, quartz and kitchen hardware that Olga picked out are superb and fit perfectly with my style. I would recommend them, as I cannot say enough about how well things turned out. Charlotte Garrett Dallas, Texas”

“Moving to Texas from out of state, we wanted to remodel our 1980's home all before we arrived: 2 1/2 bathrooms, flooring, cabinets, paint and kitchen. Kristen was extremely organized. We completed the remodel almost entirely remotely - and about 3-4 "power" trips to Dallas to choose tile, paint colors, etc. She also has a very good design aesthetic and we were able to even make remote decisions (with her guidance) when needed to keep the project going on schedule. She is also extremely practical and talked us out of some more expensive ideas that we had dreamt up because she felt we wouldn't really appreciate the difference (she was right). The thing that stands out most about Kristen and David is their sense of integrity. I have a lot of compassion for remodelers, because they often have to assume responsibility in places for things that aren't really their fault (hello, Dallas soil). Once you get into any remodel, there are ALWAYS unexpected surprises. There were a number of places that they could have nickel and dimed us, or got into a "change order" situation, but didn't. They always just made it right without hesitation. It is what I always imagined the Texas handshake to be. Even three years later (!), they stepped up to the plate to fix a problem that ended up being a major repair with no awkwardness or hesitation about it. You'd be hard pressed to find another company that stands behind their work like that. We love our house, it is exactly what we dreamed of.”
